Executive Summar y It is the overview of MCA program that how will it be a part of our college and the recent trend in the other colleges followed. This section of the business plan will also include a summary of our business' place and the whole organisation.

General Company Description I want to start an MCA program in FIIB. Mission Statement:to enter into the MCA program. Our Goals and Objectives: to explore a new segment of B-School Business Philosophy: to provide quality MCA education to the aspirants. FIIB is now providing PGDM program and has got Dewang Mehta Award for best curriculum and course. And I believe that we will provide the same quality to MCA program in our college. 



Marketing Plan Product Definition:- Master of Computer Applications Programme is a three year full time programme approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD and Govt of India. This programme is aimed at to develop manpower in the area of Computer Applications so that the future managers are able to reach responsible positions in the areas of System development; IT Project Management; Project Maintenance; IT Consulting; Database Administration; Systems Analysis & Design; Network Administration etc. The admission to this programme is through Entrance test conducted at our campus. 

Eligibility and Admission:  (a) B.Com, BBA, BCA, BBM (IB) from recognized University (b) A Bachelor of Arts with Any Subject from recognized university (c) A Bachelor of Science with any subject from recognized university. (d) Every Eligible Candidate has to pass the Common Entrance Test  Conducted by the respective College (e) The candidate Admitted as per criteria (b) and (c) has to satisfactory  complete an additional course in “Commercial Operations and Business  Practices” in semester I of M.C.A. (Other than this Any student who has completed graduation in any stream with 50% marks and has studied 

Course Objective:- The MCA programme of the Institute aims at preparing young aspirant who could successfully extend their valuable contribution in streamlining the decision-making process in all walks of the life through their expert knowledge in Computer Technology and the Application of Computers. 




