Un esempio è la serie Logic: un esclusivo sistema permette di attivare il flusso d’acqua dall’esterno della doccia e di fargli raggiungere la temperatura richiesta. Temperatura che viene mantenuta costante. Ma non basta: filtri per l’acqua, facilmente estrabili e sostituibili, prevengono la formazione di incrostazioni negli ugelli. Queste ed altre problematiche legate alla dinamica dell’acqua trovano nella collezione Cesana le risposte più concrete ed esaustive. Vetro e alluminio: questi i materiali principali della collezione Cesana. L’alluminio coniuga la dote della leggerezza con un’eccezionale resistenza e durata nel tempo: in base alla norma europea UNI 9227/93, le strutture delle cabine Cesana vengono collaudate in un’atmosfera di nebbia salina simulando più di dieci anni di utilizzo in ambienti saturi di umidità. I vetri, disponibili negli spessori 8, 6 e 4 mm. sono sempre temprati di sicurezza in base alla norma UNI EN 12150/01. Il processo di tempra aumenta fino a 5 volte la resistenza meccanica del vetro alla rottura. Nel caso di frantumazione, un vetro temprato si sbriciola in pezzi piccolissimi e non taglienti. Glass and aluminum are the principal materials of which the Cesana collection is made. Aluminum is not only lightweight and long-lasting but also provides excellent resistance. In compliance with the UNI 9227/93 norms, the structures of Cesana’s shower enclosures are tested in a saline mist, corresponding to over ten years of use in a humid environment. The glass used, available in thicknesses of 4, 6 or 8 mm, is always tempered safety glass, as per norm UNI EN 12150/01. The tempering process increases the mechanical resistance of the glass to breakage up to five times. When it does break, safety glass shatters into very small pieces that do not cut. This exemplifies Cesana’s commitment to a “culture of quality”, which starts with the design and covers every stage of production.
