I was in control of my feelings thus I thought, After so many heartaches in my life, I promised myself to guard my heart above all else, And then you came invading my world like a conquering army, What have you done to my heart and mind, What have you done to my Herculean strength, Was it in those sugar kisses you gave me so gently, Or the look of those hazel eyes shinning right through me, Was it in the silk softness warmth of your hands, Holding and embracing the life of my lost soul, As you murmured my name in the mist of our passions, When was it, my Helen of Troy, that you stabbed me with your heart’s arrows, That left me bleeding, and dying, and falling in love with you endlessly, You have bewitched me with your magic spell, When I had sworn that I would never love again, You have captured, crushed and imprisoned my heart, At last! A love!
