Look through the eye piece and turn the coarse adjustor counter-clockwise until the object in focus 8. If necessary, change to a high power objective lens. 9. Adjust the fine adjustor until a sharp image is obtained. 10.When changing from low-power to high-power objective lens, always be careful to look at the position of the objective lens, to avoid sudden contact between the objective lens and the stage
