• Flower Street with Grade Separation is $19.3 million more than the Hill Street Couplet • The additional $19.3 million for Flower Street is included in the adopted budget, but only if the anticipated $10 million contribution by use is included • Inclusion of the extended covered tunnel to the west side of Trousdale requested by use would require an additional $37.9 million paid entirely by use
