USC-Rules 2008 Season: ABOUT SONGS 1/ Send songs from your country 2/ 2 times in 10 editions you are allow picking a song from another country 3/ you can’t take ESC songs unless it is a ESC SPECIAL EDITION 4/Artist has to be alive and live in the country or was born in that country (except for rule 2)
ABOUT CONTRY 1/ It can be any country 2/ It can’t be just a place with flag (ANDALUCIA USC-6) 3/If you win and the country you play for hasn’t arena you will be able to chose a country which will host it.
ABOUT VOTING 1/ 1-8, 10, 12 is the system you vote in its same as ESC 2/you can’t vote for your own country. 3/ everyone have to vote in SF and Final. 4/If you fail to vote in time you will be disqualified (in semi all your points will go to country who gave it to you)
