This unique group of 17 students and two advisors was comprised of freshmen, sophomores, juniors, seniors, RHA area chapter members, executive board members, and NRHH members. They had one goal and that was to represent UNCW in excellence by attending the state conference for RHA and NRHH. Although there was an application process, these students volunteered their time and energy for a full weekend, in order to bring back their experiences to UNCW. These students went above and beyond on the weekend of February 5th. They returned to UNCW with several awards including: -RHA School of the Year -NRHH Chapter of the Year -Student of the Year, Ashley Blackwell -First Year Experience, Jordan Winn -Advisor of the Year, Greg Steele -Program of the Year, Summer Sizzle -The Genie Award -Victor Hernandez, Top 8 Program for NCARH

As well as: -Marie Mimiaga, Brennan Carter, and Meghan Azzaro-Four Year Service Pins -Marie Mimiaga and Brennan Carter-Inducted into the NCARH Alumni Association Upton return from the conference each one of them is committed to bringing back a program that they learned to UNCW and gave a presentation of their experiences at an RHA body meeting. If it wasn’t for these amazing student leaders of the NCARH delegation then UNCW wouldn't have been able to represent so well at this state conference. These motivational and inspirational on campus students wore their teal, and were beyond proud to be UNCW Seahawks!
