The Position: Reporting to Senior Programme Officer Financial Services, MIS Assistant is a key position to maintain project deliverables in hard and soft. Based at Head Office Quetta, supervises MISs of the projects, and also provides planning and technical backstopping to the implementation teams at District offices, through continuous communication & frequent visits.
MIS Assistants must ensure: ProgrammeManagement: 1.
Assist in designing of project specific monitoring tools.
2.
Giving constructive feedback on project operations to Field teams and help with troubleshooting.
3.
Recommend training to increases skills and compliance of field staff.
4.
Ensure formal and informal project monitoring reports are submitted in a timely and efficient manner.
Specific Responsibilities: 1.
The MIS Assistant will be responsible for the data management which includes timely collection of records, entering data in the MIS system, verifying the data, reporting.
2.
Act as BRSP first point of contact in the field
3.
Coordinate all field activities with implementing staff
4.
Assist in designing of project specific monitoring tools.
5.
Conduct frequent field-visits to project locations.
6.
Conduct interviews with beneficiaries.
7.
Giving constructive feedback on project operations to Field teams and help with troubleshooting.
8.
Recommend training to increases skills and compliance of field staff.
9.
Ensuring formal and informal project monitoring reports are submitted to Project manager in a timely and efficient manner.
10. Maintain confidentiality and observe data protection guidelines. 11. To assist in the identification and production of management information and statistics for management at all levels, including the appropriate analysis and compilation of reports as required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Up to dated MISs.
Timely and accurate Internal and External Reporting.
Capacity building of District Programme implementation teams.

Experience and Education:
3 Years of divers working Experience with min 1 years of relevant working Experience.
BS computer science, MS will be preferred.
