The Second Amendment We Need Government Control Not Gun Control

Tyrants have always loathed an armed people. History shows this from theses sources: “”This year will go down in history. For the first time, a civilized nation has full gun registration. Our streets will be safer, our police more efficient, and the world will follow our lead.” (Chancelor’s Speech, 1935 by Adolf Hitler) “The most foolish mistake we could make would be to allow the subject peoples to possess arms. So let’s not have any talk about native militas.” (Hitler’s Secret Conversations, 1941-44, Farrar, Strauss and Young, 1953) “All political power comes from the barrel of a gun. The communist party must command all the guns, that way, no guns can ever be used to command the party.” (by Mao Zedong in the Problems of War and Strategy, Nov 6 1938, published in “Selected Works of Mao Zedong,” 1965) “US Senator, If I could have banned them all- ‘Mr. And Mrs. America turn in your guns’ –I would have!” (Statement on TV program 69 Minutes, Feb 5 1995 by CFR California U.S. Senator Diane Feinstein) (US President, has sworn an oath to defend the US Constitution, (not to violate it, criticize it, and belittle it)) “When we got organized as a country, [and] wrote a fairly radical Constitution, with a radical Bill of Rights, giving radical amounts of freedom to Americans, it was assumed that Americans who had that freedom would use it responsibly…When personal freedom is being abused, you have to move to limit it.” (April 19 1994, on MTV by ex-President Bill Clinton) “Germans who wish to use firearms should join the SS or the SA – ordinary citizens don’t need

guns, as their having guns DOESN’T SERVE THE STATE.’’ – HEINRICH HIMMLER “All military-type firearms are to be handed in immediately…The SS, SA and Stahlhelm give every respectable German man the opportunity of campaigning with them. Therefore anyone who does not belong to one of the above-named organizations and who unjustifiably nevertheless KEEPS his weapon…must be regarded as an ENEMY OF THE NATIONAL GOVERNMENT.’’ – SA OBERFUHRER OF BAD TOLZ (3/33) "The measures adopted to restore public order are: First of all the elimination of the so-called subversive elements.... They were elements of disorder and subversion. On the morrow of each conflict I gave the categorical order to confiscate the largest possible number of weapons of every sort and kind. This confiscation, which continues with the utmost energy, has given satisfactory results." (By Italy’s Fascist ruler, Prime Minister Benito Mussolini, in a speech delivered at the Italian Senate on June 8, 1923) Regardless of many people’s denials, there are certain groups in America who want to ban all private ownership of firearms, which is grossly unconstitutional. These groups aren’t liberal or conservative, but extremist since both the left and the right all hold dear the 2nd Amendment with only different interpretations of it obviously. Here’s one source on it, which involves the CIA on it [the Gestapo plot to ban all handguns]: “”A principle player in the 1974 foundings of both HCI [then called the Nation al Council to Control Handguns] and the NCBH [National Coalition to Ban Handguns, now renamed the Coalition Against Gun Violence] was Ed Wells, who was A 25-YEAR VETERAN OF THE COVERT OPERATIONS DIVISION OF THE CIA… There was also a fund raiser for NCBH hosted by the man Nixon appointed as CIA Director, William Colby… HCI spokesman Greg Risch – incredibly – admitted that “SURE THERE ARE A LOT OF CIA PEOPLE IN IT [HCI]”, and also stated that there are quite a few “EX-CIA WHO DONATE TO US.” David Emory’s Talk Radio (On NAZIs) Here’s Janet Reno’s take on gun control: “Waiting periods are only a step. Registration is only a step. The prohibition of private firearms is the goal.”

The Bible Issue and Guns: Many Christians believe over the decades that disarmament (or pacifism. Pacifism means do no resistance whatsoever in response. That means even if your kid or family member is being assaulted, you do nothing about it. Pacifism would ban the police since the police uses violence to stop violent situations at time) is biblical. Some even believe that total blind allegiance to the government is great even saying that evil government is of God. The spin stops here and the truth must be presented. The Bible always supported self-defense. In the OT, the Hebrews not only went to battle and conquered their enemies, but they did so at the command of God and went with his blessings as in Deut. Chapter 20. Pacifists use Exodus 20:13 to dispute self-defense and arms use, but in Ex. 20:13 “kill” means from the original Hebrew word “ratsach” meaning premeditated murder not self-defense using arms if necessary. The OT like 1 Samuel 13:9-22, etc. outline self defense concepts. The Bible supports the self-defense of men and women will defend themselves against someone intent on harming them. Weapons used in the right manner for a just cause are never evil. There is nothing wrong with pacifism or non-violence per se, but we are not forbidden to protecting ourselves or families at all. There are no admonitions not to carry weapons in the Bible. In the OT, men carried swords, bows, and arrows, spears, or whatever freely and without restrictions as long as the nation remained under its own sovereignty. Weapons were utilized to hunt not only for self defense. Only when Israel was

taken over by enemy nations were the people forced to give up weapons. Now we must go on to the NT to Jesus Christ. Many pacifists think that Christ never used any self-defense and refused to take any forceful actions on his own? This lie is exposed and refuted. Christ was meek in the NT, but God who is Christ is a being of Love and Justice. Sometimes justice requires force and Christ drove people breaking Jewish laws from the temple in Jerusalem and risked his life publicly and vocally where things needed to be changed among corrupt religious and governmental leaders. During this time, the Roman government banned weapons except for special Jewish “police groups” charged with enforcing the law and an occupying army. But, many Jews disobey the government rule by often having short swords or daggers concealed on their persons and even the Lord Jesus Christ tells his disciples on one occasion: “Then said he unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise his scrip: and he hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one.” (Luke 22:36) (This is the verse that pacifists forgotten) Later, in the NT Bible, Jesus told the disciples that they could get a sword if they want to. Jesus, who was facing death shortly never, said that having weapons is a sin. Christ in his 2nd coming will judge, and breaks his enemies with a rod of iron and sword in his mouth. After Jesus Christ’s coming, we wouldn’t need weapons since it will be filled with peace. The NT in Hebrew 13:17 teaches that Christians should obey the laws of the land they are in, provided the laws aren’t immoral according to the Biblical principles or compromise your religion beliefs or moral conscience. In other words, if they government says do abortion or murder innocent people, you have a right not to do that. Daniel 3 and 6 outline Daniel and his three friends disobeyed Nebuchadnezzar’s command that everyone should bow and worship the pagan image on the plain of Dura. They refused and were thrown in the furnace for punishment, they trusted themselves to God and he delivered them. This supports self-defense along with the Constitution. The verse in Ephesians saying not to use carnal weapons is true, but it inheritably doesn’t condemn self-defense at all. In other words, we shouldn’t fight people preemptively or fight (in the government in a rebellious type way) to establish a man made Kingdom of God on Earth. Yet, we have every right to protect our family and friends if they are in immediate danger. As always, violence is forbidden by any Christian. As Dr. Martin Luther King rightfully said, non-violent-resistance should always be a goal in solving problems, but self-defense is always another option if circumstances lead to that. This doesn’t mean you have to own a gun. This does mean that people have a right to own a gun if they want to. Also, guns have been used for sport and other uses not just shooting in self defense at all. I do respect Christians who follow non-resistance though.

Basic Historical Precedents to Promote Self-Defense and Gun Rights The following comes from www.jpfo.org/sixaboutsecond.htm1). The Holy Bible in the OT supports self-defense in Exodus 22:2. 2). The Talmud states (I don’t agree with Talmud on every issue though) that: “If someone comes to kill you, arise quickly and kill him.” (Talmud, Tractate Sanhedrin. 1994, 2, 72a; The Babylonian Talmud: Tractate Berakoth. 1990, 58a, 62b). 3). Cicero, Rome’s leading orator, had early argued that the right to self-defense was natural and inborn, and not a creation of the government. The right to use weapons was a necessary part of the right to self-defense — any view to the contrary was silly nonsense. [Stephen P. Halbrook, That Every Man Be Armed: The Evolution of A Constitutional Right (1984), p. 17, fn 76-77.] 4). Roman Catholic Doctrine: Christian doctrine has long asserted the right and duty of self defense. “Someone who defends his life is not guilty of murder even if he is forced to deal his aggressor a lethal blow.” See Catechism of the Catholic Church 1994, sections 2263-65 (citing and quoting Thomas Aquinas). I don’t agree with Roman Catholic doctrine. This is an example.

5). Protestant Doctrine: Individual has personal and unalienable right to self-defense, even against government. Samuel Rutherford, Lex, Rex [1644] 1982, pp. 159-166, 183-185 (Sprinkle Publications edition.) Jesus advised his disciples to arm themselves in view of likely persecution. Luke 22:36. 6). John Locke’s Second Treatise of Government (1690) aimed at reforming Britain’s monarchy and parliamentary system and limiting the power of government, and profoundly influenced the Founders and all Western Civilization. John Locke explained that civil government properly exists to more effectively protect the rights that all individuals have in the “state of nature.” The individuals have the rights to life, liberty, and property. They give civil government the power over themselves only to the extent that it better protects those rights. Thomas Jefferson, author of the Declaration of Independence, specifically declared that the ideas of John Locke’s Second Treatise were “generally approved by the citizens of the United States.” Jefferson mandated that Locke’s Second Treatise be taught in the University of Virginia. (end of website source) *For any major nation in history especially the 20th century that had gun control and banned all firearms for the citizen to acquire, extermination, genocide, and bad effects will always proceed. Look at these results. +In 1929, the Soviet Union established gun control. From 1929 to 1953, approximately 20 million dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated. +In 1911, Turkey established gun control. From 1915 to 1917, 1.5 million Armenians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated. +In 1928, Germany established gun control. From 1939 to 1945, 13 million Jews, gypsies, homosexuals, the mentally ill, and others, who were unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated. +In 1935, China established gun control. From 1948 to 1952, 20 million political dissidents were unable to defend themselves and were rounded up and exterminated. +In 1964, Guatemala established gun control. From 1964 to 1981, 100,000 Mayan Indians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated. +In 1970, Uganda established gun control. From 1971 to 1979, 300,000 Christians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated. +In 1956, Cambodia established gun control. From 1975 to 1977, one million "educated" people, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated. That places total victims who lost their lives at the hands of their own governments because of gun control at approximately 56 million in the last century. *Over the last 10 years, law-abiding citizens have been stripped of their right to own some or all types of firearms in Australia, Canada, Great Britain, and New Zealand among others. The USA is next on the list, but it will be more harder and with more bloodshed to enforce a ban of the private ownership of handguns since the U.S.A. has the 2nd Amendment. This is one of the pure goals of the globalist/occult-influenced United Nations. To prevent one of self-defense against tyrants is always a routine used by these globalists to achieve the plot of the one-world government. Gun Control doesn’t work since constant weapons constraints aimed at law-abiding citizens or against the 2nd Amendment with no end in sight or definite extent will lead to confiscation of legal firearms. This always the case in that scenario without any question. The right of self-defense is a God-given right. If changes don’t occur, within the next 10-20 years in America, all guns might be banned and that policy will be enforced by the Gestapo U.N./BATF agents utilized in the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave.

What did the Founding Fathers Think About Gun Control? These people weren’t perfect on all issues, but it seems that they are on point involving this circumstance. There are so many quotes of these people supporting gun rights making proof of the 2nd Amendment’s principle rights outlined that only the desperate, lying individuals will deny these quotes. Here they are: 1). “Laws that forbid the carrying of arms…disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes. Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater … confidence than an armed man." (Thomas Jefferson, quoting Cesare Beccaria in On Crimes and punishment (1764)). 2). "Arms discourage and keep the invader and plunderer in awe, and preserve order in the world as well as property . . . Horrid mischief would ensue were the law-abiding deprived of the use of them." Thomas Paine, Thoughts on Defensive War (1775). 3). "The right of the people to keep and bear...arms shall not be infringed. A well regulated militia, composed of the body of the people, trained to arms, is the best and most natural defense of a free country..." (James Madison, I Annals of Congress 434, 6-8-1789)

4). "…The said Constitution be never construed …to prevent the people of the United States who are peaceable citizens from keeping their own arms." (Samuel Adams, during Massachusetts's Convention to Ratify the Constitution (1788)). 5). "Americans have the right and advantage of being armed - unlike the citizens of other countries whose governments are afraid to trust the people with arms." –(James Madison, The Federalist Papers No. 46 at 243-244.) 6). "Before a standing army can rule, the people must be disarmed; as they are in almost every kingdom of Europe. The supreme power in America cannot enforce unjust laws by the sword; because the whole body of the people are armed, and constitute a force superior to any bands of regular troops that can be, on any pretense, raised in the United States"—(Noah Webster in "An Examination into the Leading Principles of the Federal Constitution," 1787, in Paul Ford, ed., Pamphlets on the Constitution of the United States, at p. 56 (New York, 1888).) 7). "A militia when properly formed are in fact the people themselves and include all men capable of bearing arms …To preserve liberty it is essential that the whole body of people always possess arms . . . " Richard Henry Lee, Additional Letters From the Federal Farmer 53 (1788). 8). "...a well regulated militia, composed of the body of the people, trained to arms, is the proper, natural, and safe defense of a free state, therefore, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed ... - Constitution of Virginia, Article 1, Bill of Rights, Section 13. 9). "I ask, sir, what is the militia? It is the whole people. To disarm the people is the best and most effectual way to enslave them." (George Mason, during Virginia's Convention to Ratify the Constitution (1788).) 10). The supreme power in America cannot enforce unjust laws by the sword, because the whole body of the people are armed, and constitute a force superior to any band of regular troops." (Noah Webster, An Examination into the Leading Principles of the Federal Constitution Proposed BV the Late Convention (1787).) 11). "To suppose arms in the hands of citizens, to be used at individual discretion, except in private self-defense or by partial orders of towns...is a dissolution of the government." (John Adams, A Defense of the Constitutions of Government of the United States of America (1787-1788).) More quotes can be found at www.thejackal.freeservers.com/about.html

and www.vtgunsmiths.com/arms/ffquote.html

*The Constitution and many founding fathers supported the militias as composed of men and women voluntarily holding arms. Holding any arms therefore is very legal and anyone advocating the ban of them is not only unconstitutional, but also morally wrong. The Founding Fathers classified these rights as individual rights not collective or rights only for a few militias. One supporter of gun control was Adolph Hitler who banned all arms in his Third Reich (except for a chosen few). George W. Bush once supported a ban on all semiautomatic shotguns. It didn’t occur thankfully. The liar Nixon and Reagan were ardent gun-control people as well. Dictators Mao Tse Tung and Joseph Stalin also enforced gun bans. Today in 2009, Barack Obama has anti-gun tendencies despite him talking about the Second Amendment being about an individual right of citizens to own a firearm.

Real Gun Statistics Doctors vs. Guns U.S. Statistics: Number of physicians in the US = 700,000 Accidental deaths caused by physician s per year =120,000 Accidental deaths per physician = 0.171 (U.S. Dept. of Health & Human Services) Number of gun owners in the US = 80,000,000 Number of accidental gun deaths per year (all age groups) =1,500 Accidental deaths per gun owner = 0.0000188 (U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms) Therefore, doctors are approximately 9,000 times more dangerous than gun owners. ACCIDENTAL DEATHS Fact: Firearm misuse causes only a small number of accidental deaths in the U.S. (107) For example, compared to accidental death from firearms, you are: • Twice as likely to suffocate on a swallowed object • Seven times more likely to be poisoned • 10 times more likely to die falling • And 31 times more likely to die in an automobile accident Fact: In 1996, there were only 21 accidental gun deaths for children under age 15. About twice as many children under the age of ten die from drowning in bathtubs. (108) Fact: In 1993, there were 1,334 drownings and 528 firearm-related accidental deaths from ages 0-19. Firearms outnumber pools by a factor of over 30:1. Thus, the risk of drowning in a pool is nearly 100 times higher than from a firearm-related accident for everyone, and nearly 500 times for ages 0-5. (109)

Behold these quick facts:

1). Assault Weapons aren’t a serious problem in America since according to Gary Klueck’s “Targeting Guns” in 1997, a complication of 48 metropolitan police department from 1980-1994, shown that assault weapons were used in less than 2% of crimes involving in firearms and 0.25% of all violent crime. (All before the enactment of any national or state assault weapons ban). In 1998, at LA, out of the 538 documented gun incidents, only (0.2%) involved an assault weapon. In SF at 1998, only 2.2% of confiscated weapons were assault weapons. 2). Gun banning even in the UK increased crime. According to the British Home Office, reported by the BBC News, July 12, 2002 presented that street robberies soared 28% in 2001. Violent crime is up 11%, murders up 4%, and rapes up 14%. Even homicide rates are on an all time high in 2000 after a virtual ban on private handgun ownership. According to statistics by the British Home Office, 3,000 crimes involving handguns were

recorded in 1999-2000, including the 42 homicides, 310 cases of attempted murder, 2561 robberies, and 204 burglaries as a result of the gun ban. 3). A Zogby/SA survey of 1,015 likely voters in June 2002 concluded that 75% of Americans believe the right to keep and bear arms is an individual right proven in http://www.exodusnews.com/NATIONAL/national090.htm [Exodus On Line] plus the Second Amendment Foundation’s site of http://www.saf.org/pub/rkba/press-releases/Zogby1.htm ABC News determined the rate to be 77% according to ABC News on May 14, 2002. 4). The FBI Uniform Crime Statistics in 1994 mentioned that 2/3 of the people who die each year from gun fire are criminals being shot by other criminals. 5). Dr. Gary Kleck, and University of Florida man using FBI Uniform Crime Statistics from 1997, shown that among the 15 states with the highest homicide rates, 10 have restrictive or very restrictive gun control laws. Maryland has the toughest gun control laws in the nation and ranks #1 in robberies, and #3 in both in violent crime and murder. In the FBI Uniform Crime Reports (UCR) for 2000, p. 79, Table 5 “Index of Crime by State” presented that 20% of U.S. homicides occur in just 4 cities with just 6% of the population of the U.S.A. (in NYC, Chicago, Detriot, and D.C.) and each has a virtual prohibition on private handguns. 6). After passing their concealed carry law, Florida's homicide rate fell from 36% above the national average to 4% below, and remains below the national average (as of the last reporting period, 2005). This is proven by the stats from “Shall issue: the new wave of concealed handgun permit laws,” from Cramer C and Kopel D. (in Golden CO: Independence Institute Issue Paper from October 17, 1994). According to the FBI, Uniform Crime Reports, 2004 (this excludes Hawaii and Rhode Island as they are small populations and geographic isolation create other determinants to violent crime), states that disallow concealed carry have violent crime rates 11% higher than national averages. 7). Surprisingly of many Republicans support strict Gun Control Policies: Republicans are just as guilty as Democrats in terms of seeking strict gun control laws. At least the Democrats are blatant in their rhetoric of disarming the populace, but Republicans are more in a deceptive way to convey that exact message. That’s one more sign of this 2-party system of being nothing more than a real show [It has been controlled by the CFR since 1921]. Here’s some facts: a). In 1969, journalist William Safire asked Richard Nixon what he thought about gun control. "Guns are an abomination," Nixon replied. According to Safire, Nixon went on to confess that, "Free from fear of gun owners' retaliation at the polls, he favored making handguns illegal and requiring licenses for hunting rifles." (from http://www.reformedtheology.org/html/issue11/dont_blame_liberals.htm) b). It was President George Bush, Sr. who banned the import of "assault weapons" in 1989, and promoted the view that Americans should only be allowed to own weapons suitable for "sporting purposes."

c). It was Governor Ronald Reagan of California who signed the Mulford Act in 1967, "prohibiting the carrying of firearms on one's person or in a vehicle, in any public place or on any public street." The law was aimed at stopping the Black Panthers, but affected all gun owners. Twenty-four years later, Reagan was still pushing gun control. "I support the Brady Bill," he said in a March 28, 1991 speech, "and I urge the Congress to enact it without further delay." d). One of the most aggressive gun control advocates today is Republican mayor Rudolph Giuliani of New York City, whose administration sued 26 gun manufacturers in June 2000, and whose police commissioner, Howard Safir, proposed a nationwide plan for gun licensing, complete with yearly "safety" inspections. e). Another Republican, New York State Governor George Pataki, on August 10, 2000, signed into law what The New York Times called "the nation’s strictest gun controls," a radical program mandating trigger locks, background checks at gun shows and "ballistic fingerprinting" of guns sold in the state. It also raised the legal age to buy a handgun to 21 and banned "assault weapons," the sale or possession of which would now be punishable by seven years in prison. f). President George W. Bush continues to support the ban of assault weapons by Title IX of the Federal Violent Crime Control Act of 1994. Clinton passed this priority with high support by Republicans [at September 13, 1994]. g). The Hatch-Craig Gun Control Amendment (May 14, 1999) was passed and headed by Republican Senator Orrin Hatch (from Utah) and Republican Senator Larry Craig [Idaho] by a 48-47 vote. It called for more restrictions on gun ownership by background checks for any private gun shows and assign a U.S. attorney to every district for the purpose of harassing gun owners. 47 out of 55 Republican senators voted for this legislation. At July 18, 2001, 164 House Republicans dropped the No U.N. Gun control policy and it was proposed by Ron Paul [The Republican Senator from Texas]. This bill was to boycott the U.N.’s illegal gun control policies taking away guns from civilians and there are many other examples of this.

*The GOP, on the other hand, uses treachery and deception to mislead the citizenry into thinking that they will protect the right to keep and bear arms. Yet, it is clearly evident that they are enemies of liberty as well as the some of the Democrats. That is why I’m an independent. I don’t trust the Republicans or the Democrats unconditionally at all. The Democratic President

John F. Kennedy believed in the Second Amendment wholeheartedly instead. This is evident in his 2 quotes: "I am pleased to accept Life Membership in the National Rifle Association and extend to your organization every good wish for continued success." -John F. Kennedy, March 20, 1961

"By calling attention to 'a well regulated militia', the 'security' of the nation, and the right of each citizen 'to keep and bear arms', our founding fathers recognized the essentially civilian nature of our economy. Although it is extremely unlikely that the fears of governmental tyranny which gave rise to the Second Amendment will ever be a major danger to our nation, the Amendment still remains an important declaration of our basic civilian-military relationships, in which every citizen must be ready to participate in the defense of his country. For that reason, I believe the Second Amendment will always be important." -John F. Kennedy, April 1960 (Guns, "Know Your Lawmakers", April 1960, Page 4)

Senator Hubert H. Humphrey agreed with gun rights as well: “…Certainly one of the chief guarantees of freedom under any government, no matter how popular and respected, is the right of citizens to keep and bear arms. This is not to say that firearms should not be very carefully used, and that definite safety rules of precaution should not be taught and enforced. But the right of citizens to keep and bear arms is just one more guarantee against arbitrary government, one more safeguard against a tyranny which now appears remote in America, but which historically has proved always to be always possible." -Sen. Hubert H. Humphrey "Know Your Lawmakers", Guns Magazine, p. 4, February 1960

The Nazi Connection to Gun Control It is a known historical fact that Hitler supported gun control. On of the laws passed by the Nazis was called the Weapons Law passed at March 18, 1938. That law only had firearms ownership to the Nazi party members and other “reliable people.” This Nazi Law barred Jews from businesses involving firearms being racist obviously. Another Nazi who signed the law was “Minister” Wilhelm Frick. These laws are recorded at “Reichsgestezblatt” (equivalent of the U.S. Federal Register) at 1943-1944 recorded a t the U.S. Library of Congress. Dr. Solynom Fekete translated the Nazi law

into English. The guns restricted on the Jewish people was one of the many reasons for the extremely high numbers of Jewish deaths along with other people. Again, a people that’s armed and foreright in their resistance and opposition to tyranny will overcome the tactics of a tyrannical force. The Gestapo of Germany enforced these gun control measures. What does this have do with the U.S.? Plenty. The Nazi Law is found to be completely similar to the USA’s Gun Control Act of 1968. This illegal law was proposed as early as August 1963. Later in the decade in 1968, a stronger debate raged over gun control proceeded over urban riots, etc. Senator D. Tydings (D-MD) was the militant who wanted the trash bill passed, yet U.S. Representative John Dingell (D-MI) who testified at those Senator hearings on gun expressed legitimate concerns over the issue. Dingell claimed that it might lead to the confiscation of firearms as happened in Nazi Germany and Tydings angrily accused Dingell of using “scare tactics”, but he really didn’t. Also the late Roman Catholic Senator Thomas J. Dodd of Connecticut was involved in the bill. By after WWII during the Nuremburg trials, Thomas was an assistant to the chief prosecutor at the Nuremburg war crime trials. He must have had access to the German text of the Nazi Weapons Law along with other documents which he in fact did. Dodd tried to show that the Nazi law wasn’t similar to the 1968 Gun law [which is a lie], but it silenced Dingell’s criticisms. Dodd isn’t a Nazi, but supported the Nazi precept of gun control which invalidates the Constitution and moral rights. Later it passed. A book was created by Jewish pro-gun rights heroes by Jay Simkin and Aaron Zelman [ex-Vietnam vet and the founder of Jews for Preservation of Firearms Ownership. Their logo is a Hexagram being pagan though which they don’t know.] called Gun Control: Gateway to Tyranny outlines this 100% fully. GET THE BOOK. It shows hard evidence when looking at the Nazi law and the 1968 U.S. law, it’s the same like law-abiding firearm owners in Illinois, Massachusetts, and even in New Jersey people must carry identification cards based on formats from directly the Nazi Weapons Law. The 1938 Nazi Weapons Law therefore disarmed, enslaved, and murdered the many innocent victims of the Holocaust and in the United States with its Gun Control Act of 1968 and is enforced by the modern day Gestapo, known as the “Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, & Firearms (BATF). John Ashcroft, George W. Bush, Charles Schumer, Diane Feinstein, and other have dealt with 2nd Amendment issues. Numerous folks want this new world order as well. That is why many foreign troops (including the U.S. military) have conducted exercises throughout America. Some researchers believe that a foreign invasion is a possibility in America. Always remember friends, that Adolf Hitler, Mussolini, Himmler, V.I. Lenin, Joseph Stalin, Moa Zedong, and other mass murderers or dictators supported gun bans against innocent citizens. This will occur by UN/NA TO/foreign troops through martial law and under martial law. These foreign troops are trained even here to accomplish that goal by the possible Sino-MuslimRussian-Mexican-Cuban-German-EU-NATO-UN invasion coming unto our soil in the years to come. There are over 600,000 U.N. troops here now!!!

The NRA has lost its salt

The National Rifle Association has indeed lost its original salt and is part of the establishment basically. The NRA was once an authentic, fruitful, and truthful organization. The NRA was founded in 1871 by an act of the New York Legislature at the request of Union officers. In fact, 8 out of the first 10 Presidents of the NRA were Union veterans. President Ulysses S. Grant (who lineage relates to the Illuminati Collins bloodline) was elected the 8th President of the NRA and the NRA elected General Phillip Sheridan after Grant finished his term. Phillip Sheridan removed the governors of Texas and Louisiana for failure to suppress the KKK. During the 1950's-1960's, groups of blacks organized a NRA chapter in order to obtain surplus military rifles to fight off Klansmen. The NRA supported the Gun Control Act of 1968 (and the U.S. gun ban in 1933), which suppressed a lot of citizens from owning weapons. The NRA for more than a century had committed some moral actions in gun training, education, and programs (they are many honorable people in the NRA today), but the ILA (Institute for Legislature Action) and PVF (Political Victor Fund) existed within the NRA. Both the ILA and PVF are nothing more than compromisers to preserve their jobs rather than our freedoms. NRA Executive Vice President Wayne LaPierre supported Project Exile, a program letting the federal government instead of rightfully allowing the state to prosecute gun crimes. This is solely the state's responsibility. LaPierre commented on Project Exile that no guns should be in schools period except for the police. Hey, that would exclude the ROTC gun displays so they can go to jail now if they have a gun.

LaPierre contends that there ought to be no unsupervised youth with guns. This would even strongly punish innocent accidents or youth shooting cans. Guns used by youth in the right way is nothing immoral and it should be encouraged. LaPierre also seeks background checks, gun cases, and tests to own a gun. Wow, So much for the 2nd Amendment wherefore we are entitled to self-defense or the right to bear arms shall not be infringed. I don’t agree with Ron Paul on every issue, but even he was heavily pro-Second Amendment (but the NRA gave him a B rating in a false way). The smoking gun outlining treason by the NRA is on October 8, 2003 court case between the NRA. The NRA attorney Stephen Halbrook said these following words to the D.C. federal court in oral arguments: The court: The government can put restrictions on the right to bear arms. Mr. Halbrook: Your honor, we are here wanting to register handguns. We are not here wanted unrestricted access. We're not here asking to carry them, other than in the house. The court: You're saying that the government can impose reasonable restrictions? Mr. Halbrook: Yes, your honor, Yes, your honor. (From http://keepandbeararms.com/Silveira/Halbrook.asp) THIS IS WRONG BY THE NRA since they explicitly believe in the registration of firearms. Halbrook and others needs to realize that the Nazi Adolph Hitler, through his Gun Control Act of 1938, in the 1930's-1940's, Communist Mao Zedong, Fascist Mussolini, Stalin, and others all believed in the registration and eventually banning of all firearms. These acts contributed to the genocide of innocent people in the nations that dictators resided in. History will repeat itself if we don't learn about it. The Nazi laws are exactly similar to the USA's Gun Control Act of 1968. Also, wasn't extreme gun control racist for African Americans in the U.S.A. not only the Jewish people inside Nazi Germany? Yes, since even a 1792 federal law restricted black men from even to serve in state militias. Even free blacks were banned to have guns before the Civil War in several states. Alabama banned all guns in 1866 and disarmed black people was one of the many reasons why the Masonic Ku Klux Klan terrorized black families who couldn't shoot back leading to 3,446 deaths from the end of the Civil War to the end of the Civil Rights Movement. Let's not forget the racist nation of India having Hindus restricting 300 million Dalits to own weapons, live a great life, and have basic liberty and human rights as explained by Velu Annamalai and others. Gandhi is turning in his grave at India now (Gandhi called the Untouchables "Children of God") and if India seeks to become a real Republic fulfilling its full potential, which I want, they must give the Dalits full rights.

Peaceful American people now of all races are treated as slaves in some cases by the violations of our liberties going on. History seems to repeat itself now since unending laws continually restricting the right to bear arms always leading to confiscation and extermination. That's a fact. The NRA attorney said that we shouldn't carry guns except in the house, which is lunacy. We can carry guns in or out of our house if we seek to and that's very legal. The NRA once supported Senator Arlen Specter in Pennslyvania. Spector is known for being anti-gun, pro-war on terror, and pro-abortion. In 2008, the NRA support the anti-gun bill of HR 2640 (which can deprive hunters their rights to own a gun under certain circumstances). HR 2640 or the Veterans Disarmament Act -- which has already passed the House -- would place any veteran who has ever been diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) on the federal gun ban list. Rep. Carolyn McCarthy of New York, a chief sponsor of the bill, loved the bill. This was done in response to the events of the massacre in Virginia Tech. McCarthy admitted that this is a first step toward a National database. This is exactly what President Bill Clinton did over seven years ago when his administration illegitimately added some 83,000 veterans into the National Criminal Information System (NICS system) -- prohibiting them from purchasing firearms, simply because of afflictions like PTSD. The Military Order of the Purple Heart is opposed to this legislation. It doesn’t even offer a trial by a jury to define who is a heavily mentally ill (It’s defined by a committee or a doctor). Many NRA leaders love to protect the gun rights of hunters, but they don’t fully want to protect the 2nd Amendment rights of all American citizens. A group like Gun Owners of America is a real organization supporting gun rights. The establishment’s plan is to allow the federal government to control every citizens’ actions with guns even if they innocent of no crime. This has been promoted by he new Attorney General of the Barack Obama administration named Eric Holder. Isn't it surprising that one of the men who infiltrated the National Rifle Association was John M. Snyder, and according to Eric John Phelps: "a former Jesuit seminarian who is a member of the People's Order of St. Michael the Archangel and presently leading the effort to make 'St. Gabriel o f the Sorrowful Mother' the patron saint of gun owners? In the light of the Jesuit Conference seeking to ban all privately owned firearms, HOW RIDICULOUS CAN HE BE!!!!!!!" (Vatican Assassins: Wounded in the House of My Friends by Eric Jon Phelps, pgs. 134, 2001). The Jesuits have been anti-gun for decades in the United States of America. One such Jesuit is named Rev. M. Pfleger. He’s a friend of Freemason Jesse Jackson and Louis Farrakhan. The Illinois State Rifle Association (ISRA) accuses Pfleger of calling for the death of a gun shop owner. An article form the ISRA says that:

“…During an address at an anti-gun rally in front of Chuck's, Rev. Michael Pfleger, pastor of St. Sabina's Church, exhorted the crowd to "drag" shop owner, John Riggio, from his shop "like a rat" and "snuff" him…“ Of course, this Jesuit is an extremist and someone we should keep our eye on. Certain people believe that there aren't folks who want to ban all guns, but they are sadly mistaken. Here's just some words by a few of these gun-grabbing extremists: “Banning guns addresses a fundamental right of all Americans to feel safe.” (Diane Feinstein, Associated Press, November 18, 1993) "If I could have gotten 51 votes in the Senate of the United States for an outright ban, picking up every one of them; "Mr. and Mrs. America, turn 'em all in," I would have done it.” (Diane Feinstein, CBS-TV's "60 Minutes," February 5, 1995) "If a bill to ban handguns came to the house floor, I would vote for it.” (Pete Stark, Town Hall Meeting, June 1999, Fremont California) "My staff and I right now are working on a comprehensive gun-control bill. We don't have all the details, but for instance, regulating the sale and purchase of bullets. Ultimately, I would like to see the manufacture and possession of handguns banned except for military and police use. But that's the endgame. And in the meantime, there are some specific things that we can do with legislation." (Chicago Tribune, December 5, 1999) "We in Europe … do not consider the freedom to buy weapons a human right." (Gisela Kallenbach. She is the German member of the European Parliament, EU legislattors push together gun controls, International Herald Tribune, November 29, 2007). "My staff and I right now are working on a comprehensive gun-control bill. We don't have all the details, but for instance, regulating the sale and purchase of bullets. Ultimately, I would like to see the manufacture and possession of handguns banned except for military and police use. But that's the endgame. And in the meantime, there are some specific things that we can do with legislation." (BOBBY RUSH, U.S. REPRESENTATIVE FROM ILLINOIS, Chicago Tribune, December 5, 1999). This is wild since Rush is an ex-Black Panther. Black Panthers back then supported gun rights and now Rush opposes it. "I want to see people disarmed. I want people disarmed in our major cities. How's that for a plan? I don't think we should all be armed, and I don't think more guns is the answer. I think it's wacky to say that the solution to armed robbery and killing in our streets in big cities is to put more arms in the streets." -Chris Matthews from MSNBC

Radical Gun Control and Racism Radical gun control in America have always been used to discriminate and disenfranchise black people, immigrants, and other minorities. As Justice Buford of the Florida Supreme Court

noted in his concurring opinion narrowly construing a Florida gun control statute, the original Act of 1893 and the Act in 1901 in Florida was used to disarm black Americans. The South even in the 17th century were known to disarm black people. In 1640, the first recorded restrictive legislation passed concerning blacks in Virginia excluded them from owning a gun. In early America, the French Black Code in 1751 required Louisiana colonist to prevents blacks to own guns and if they refuse they were required that “"any black carrying any potential weapon, such as a cane." If a black refused to stop on demand, and was on horseback, the colonist was authorized to "shoot to kill." (Thomas N. Ingersoll, "Free Blacks in a Slave Society: New Orleans, 1718-1812", _William and Marry Quarterly_, 48:2 [April, 199 1], 17879.) There were many laws in French Louisiana and early America that prevents many African Americans to bear any arms even freed blacks. It existed in Virginia, North Carolina, and other places around the country. A North Carolina Supreme Court statue gave the ruling that: “That if any free negro, mulatto, or free person of color, shall wear or carry about his or her person, or keep in his or her house, any shot gun, musket, rifle, pistol, sword, dagger or bowie-knife, unless he or she shall have obtained a license therefore from the Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions of his or her county, within one year preceding the wearing, keeping or carrying thereof, he or she shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and may be

indicted thereof. (State v. Newsom, 5 Iredell 181, 27 N.C. 250 (1844).

When the first U. S. official arrived in New Orleans in 1803 to take charge of this new American possession, the planters sought to have the existing free black militia disarmed, and otherwise exclude "free blacks from positions in which they were required to bear arms," including such non-military functions as slave-catching crews. The New Orleans city government also stopped whites from teaching fencing to free blacks, and then, when free blacks sought to teach fencing, similarly prohibited their efforts as well. Elijah Newson [A free African American] was indicted in Cumberland County in June of 1843 for carrying a shotgun without a license an d the North Carolina Supreme Court still kept up with the status quo of restricting him his 2nd Amendment rights by virtue of a license issue. The Western states with concerns over Native American tension gave blacks [free or slave] the right to bear arms only with a license like in the 1798 Kentucky Comprehensive Act to use it on frontier plantations, etc. Whites didn’t have to use a license. After the civil war and the immoral slavery was abolished, the Black Codes [a new form of slavery] rose up. The Black Codes were the beginning of Jim Crow. In the Black Codes required licenses for blacks to carry gun or a simple Bowie knife. The Special Report of the Antislavery Conference of 1867 noted with

particular emphasis that under these Black Codes blacks were "forbidden to own or bear firearms, and thus were rendered defenseless against assaults." (Reprinted in H. HYMAN, THE RADICAL REPUBLICANS AND RECONSTRUCTION 219 [1967]).The Black Codes tried to restrict African Americans the right to bear arms. This is something that many neo-Confederates don’t mention. The fight for liberty and the battle against the Black Codes were strong in the late 1800’s. The Civil Rights Act of 1866 is a federal law that made anyone born in America a citizen of America. The extremist Freemason Andrew Johnson vetoed the law, but the Republicans to their credit override the Republicans’ veto. The creators of this act wanted the freed slaves to keep and bear arms. Representative Henry J. Raymond (R., N.Y.) explained that the rights of citizenship entitled the freedmen to all the rights of United States citizens: "He has a defined status: he has a country and a home; a right to defend himself and his wife and children; a right to bear arms ...." Senator William Salisbury (D., Del.) added that " [i] n most of the southern States, there has existed a law of the State based upon and founded in its police power, which declares that free Negroes shall not have the possession of firearms or ammunition. This bill proposes to take away from the States this police power." I congratulate Salisbury and Raymond for their common sense approach on this issue. Many Republicans wanted black people to defend themselves against the terrorist KKK in the late 1800‘s. I‘m not a Republican or a Democrat, but you have to give credit when credit is due. The Civil Rights Act and the Fourteenth Amendment were passed with heavy Republican assistance. So, racists in South tried to disarm blacks by banning cheap handguns, so many freedmen couldn‘t afford weapons for self defense. The Masonic KKK came and killed thousands of blacks for many reasons, but one reason was that the Klan wanted to enforce illegal disarmament (against black Americans). Many blacks desired guns for expressing their self-defense rights against blood-thirsty racists. For decades, "gun control" helped keep black people defenseless against lynching. Between 1882 and 1968, 3,446 blacks were murdered in the U.S. by lynching.

According to www.jpfo.org/gpj4.htm:

“People should know that American "gun control" laws were first created to make sure Black people could not revolt or escape from slavery. After the Civil War, former slavestates devised more "gun control" laws. Disarmed by these laws, free Black people were defenseless against repressive police and racist attacks. Over 3,700 Black people were lynched, and thousands of others were assaulted, intimidated and terrorized by the Ku Klux Klan and racist mobs. Today's "gun control" laws are just like those which the slaveholders and Klansmen supported. Here is a sampling: Gun bans in slave states (Virginia, Maryland, Georgia, Mississippi) and after the Civil War (Alabama, South Carolina). License and registration requirements before the Civil War (Florida, Delaware) and after (Mississippi, Louisiana). Post-Civil War bans on inexpensive guns (Tennessee, Arkansas), and special high taxes and fees on guns (Alabama, Texas). Warrantless searches of Black people's homes to look for firearms (pre-Civil War Florida)” (end of website source). In 1941, Florida Supreme Court Justice Buford admitted that Florida's gun control laws (even the original Act of 1893) were passed for the purpose of disarming black American laborers, and were never intended to be applied to the white population. The Black Codes were legally abolished with the Civil Rights Act of 1965 and other laws. At 1968, the Gun Control Act was past to curb rioting, but it was also used to prevent law-abiding blacks in urban areas to defend themselves against criminals therefore creating more government control over the populace. In his book The

Saturday Night Special, anti-gun journalist Robert Sherrill frankly admitted that the Gun Control Act of 1968 was "passed not to control guns but to control Blacks." (R. SHERRILL, THE SATURDAY NIGHT SPECIAL 280 [1972]). The government making illegal laws in order to get more control is the oldest play in the book. For years, this has all occurred for the control of the black and the world population to create the New World Order. That’s their plan. Evil radical gun control isn’t limited to the South. In the Northeast, gun control was fueled by xenophobic rhetoric against Eastern and Southern European immigrants. So, the American Protective Association and the Immigration Restriction League called for a ban on the right of immigrants to own handguns. New York passed the Sullivan law. It banned people from owning a gun without a police permit. The New York City Police Department thereby acquired the

official and wholly arbitrary authority to deny or permit the possession of handguns. The department in NYC used in its effort to disarm the city's Italian population. This caused similar laws to spread across America. Even today, owning a legal gun in New York City is difficult unless you’re wealthy, you have political power, and apart of the social elite. Firearm restrictions occurred against Native Americans as well. The Army stole all of the weapons and horses from the Sioux. During Reconstruction, the sale of firearms to Native Americans were banned. Federal law banned the sale of arms and munitions to so-called “hostile” Native Americans. Idaho once prohibited the sale of firearms and ammunition to Native Americans too.

There were the Deacons of Defense back in the 1960’s that protected civil rights activists from the Klan in Louisiana plus throughout the South. In Jonesboro, Louisiana, the Deacons made history when they compelled Louisiana governor John McKeithen to intervene in the city’s civil rights crisis. John made a compromise with city leaders. This was the first capitulation to the civil rights movement by a Deep South governor. Stokely Carmichael points out that “Here is a group [Deacons] which realized that the ‘law’ and law enforcement agencies would not protect people, so they had to do it themselves …the Deacons and all other blacks who resort to self-defense represent a simple answer to a simple question: what man would not defend his family and home from attack?” Civil rights attorney Don B. Kates (I disagree with Don Kates that the Civil Rights Movement would of stopped if more immoral, strict gun control rules were in the South. The reason is that even in tyranny, strong people of many races would of still fought for true God-given liberties like equality) noted about the Civil Rights era in the 1950’s-1960‘s that: “…As a civil rights worker in a Southern state during the early 1960's, I found that the possession of firearms for self-defense was almost universally endorsed by the black community, for it could not depend on police protection from the KKK . . . . The black lawyer for whom I principally worked . . . attributed the relative quiescence of the Klan to the fact that the black community was so heavily armed . . . . What might have happened to civil rights workers if there had been strict gun control in the South is exemplified in the 1969 machine gunning of several hundred marchers by right wing extremists in Mexico City. Both the possession of automatic weapons and the act of murder are as strictly forbidden by law in Mexico as they are in the U.S. Nevertheless, the police made no arrests - either on the scene or when the attackers later invaded the hospitals to finish off the wounded . . . . During the civil rights turmoil in the South, Klan violence was bad enough; it would have been worse with gun control. It was only because black neighborhoods were full of people who had guns and could fight back that the Klan didn't shoot up civil rights meetings or terrorize blacks by shooting at random from cars. Moreover, civil rights workers' access to firearms for self-defense often caused Southern police to preserve the peace as they would not have done if only the Ku Kluxers had been armed . . . . In the 1950's and early 1960's . . . over a hundred civil rights workers were murdered

while the federal government would do nothing to offend [Page 92] the South's allwhite electorate. Under strict gun control the slaughter would have been immeasurably worse, since we could not have defended ourselves. The movement would have collapsed, just as it did during Reconstruction when the army was withdrawn, leaving the blacks (who had no firearms) to the mercy of the Klan. Nor is police refusal to protect the unpopular confined to the South. The inaction of New York State Police when Paul Robeson's Peekskill concert was mobbed, and of the New York City, Boston, and Oakland (California) police when hardhats and Hell's Angels attacked peace marchers, are only the most famous examples. Any reader of black newspapers knows how Northern police react when mobs attack blacks who move into allwhite neighborhoods…” (Kates & Salter, The Necessity of Access to Firearms by Dissenters and Minorities When Government is Unwilling or Unable to Protect, in RESTRICTING HANDGUNS: THE LIBERAL SKEPTICS SPEAK OUT, supra note 29, at 186-90) The previous quote is taboo history that not too many people know about. The global elite (as found in Secret Societies, the Vatican/Jesuit network, many of the royal, elite bloodlines, etc.) want 8590% of all human beings on Earth dead to create their utopia. The George Guidestones and a quote from Prince Philip outline this nefarious anti-population view of the elite. Gun Control is a big tool in disarming human beings in society. There is a racist mentality that if you restrict or ban all guns in a community, crime will go down. What these racists really say is the “Don’t allow guns in urban communities since minorities are more susceptible to violence than other people in other communities.” I know that’s racist, but that’s exact racist, sick mindset of these people who support illegal gun-grabbing.

Abhijeet Singh is a pro-gun owner of India. He writes that draconian anti-gun legislation have existed in India from colonial times. The British contributed to this policy from the late 1800's. The British wanted to repress the Indian people after the mutiny of 1857. The British Empire created the Indian Arms Act of 1878. This law banned Indians from owning guns unless the person was considered a "loyal" subject of the British Empire. Even a pacifist like Gandhi rejected the British extreme gun control policy of India in the following words: "Among the many misdeeds of the British rule in India, history will look upon the Act depriving a whole nation of arms, as the blackest." -- Mahatma Gandhi (An Autobiography OR The story of my experiments with truth, by M.K. Gandhi, p.238) India had its independence in 1947. The evil Indian Arms Act was repealed in 1959. It was replaced with the Arms Rules of 1962. This new legislation made it difficult or almost impossible for law abiding Indian citizens to own a gun. They use "Licensing Authorities" to regulate gun ownership. The 1962 law also placed limits on the quantity and the type of arms that could be produced by private manufacturers. In the late 1980's, small arm imports into India was banned. Most criminals don't use licensed guns, so gun rights being extended along with education and fighting real crime are real solutions to embrace(not punishing citizens by making it more difficult in owning a gun). The radical anti-gun laws in the past definitely have been used to create discrimination and disenfranchisement of black people, immigrants, and

other minorities. It’s very hypocritical for some of these limousine liberals to have guns in their homes (or allow their bodyguards to protect them with guns), but they won’t allow law abiding citizens to own firearms in an efficient manner. These people include Rosie O‘Donnell and Arthur Ochs Sulzberger. Arthur had a gun permit even the husband of Dr. Joyce Brothers. Dr. Brothers promoted the lie that firearms ownership is indicative of male sexual inadequacy. Gun prohibition advocates Nelson Rockefeller and John Lindsey had such gun permits. Many of these anti-gun radicals are from the suburbs or are upper class knowing little to nothing about firearms or their uses. Some of them know little to nothing about what really occurs in poorer neighborhoods. These people talk about the police, but even the Supreme Court says that there is no constitutional right to be protected by the state against being murdered by criminals. Furthermore, the courts have ruled that the police have no duty to protect the individual citizen, absent facts establishing a special relationship between the authority and the person assaulted. Fact is that anyone regardless of race, class, socioeconomic stats, or any background should a right to own a weapon if they choose to regardless of what area they live. I reject racism. Therefore, the right to bear arms is a true tenet that ought to be preserved. This is why I’m for the 2nd Amendment. These extremists for centuries banned the right of my people to own guns for self defense. These radicals hated the right of all of the people to protect their persons, property, and families. Even today, the ideological descendants of these extremists like the neo-cons want the bad policy of cutting services, war mongering (especially in Iran during 2010), and getting rid of major governmental protections in our society. So, I’m an independent. Everything is coming full circle in my mind about various issues.

Do the Iraqis have the right to Bear Arms? Iraqis do have the right to keep and bear arms. There was the U.S. atrocity captured on video. This atrocity was carried out against people in Iraq on the basis that they had guns. Some of the Iraqis there didn’t have the weapons that they were alleged to have. So, people even if they have weapons legitimately in Iraq are fair game for killing by remote control. The U.S. establishment says that they have "liberated" the Iraqi people. This is a fake kind of liberation when the Iraqi people can't even keep and bear arms. They need it even more than Americans do, because of the chaotic violence unleashed by the war. The truth is that Saddam Hussein was a violent and repressive dictator. Saddam Hussein’s evil deed can never be justified or excused. The very few freedoms that he allowed was the right of the people was to right to bear arms. In Baghdad, personal gun ownership was common before the war. The media even reported gun sales increasing in anticipation of the U.S. invasion. This all changed with the Iraqi people were liberated from Saddam. The American military assisted the new U.S.-friendly regime in going door to door to round up all of the personal weapons in Baghdad. There is an income tax over in Iraq, the rise of Sharia law, and the ratification of a Soviet-style Constitution. There is persecution of women, Christian and Jewish even after the fall of Saddam. This gun control is one of the fake "freedoms" in Iraq (this reality is bounded financially by the U.S. taxpayer). So, the new Iraqi “Constitution” promotes a theocracy since Article 2 of its Constitution says that Islam is the official religion of the state and it’s a fundamental source of legislation. No law that contradicts the established provisions of Islam may be established. So, the Pentagon wanted a theocratic Sharia law to exist in Iraq that negates true religious freedom. That’s wrong since all humans have the right to believe in whatever creed they wish. Others believe that this immoral disarmament of innocent people was necessary for the function of the war. This is another reason to question the war. Now, Iraqis are scared to be blown away if they are carrying personal weapons. The truth is that gun rights is universal. No military occupation can claim that a nation is experiencing "liberation" if that liberation involves massive weapons confiscation (aimed against the people supposedly being liberated). It's a fact that when was martial law was imposed in New Orleans during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, something evil occurred. U.S. military personnel back from Iraq were brought in to assist the local and state authorities. Later, these forced themselves went door to door confiscating the weapons of peaceful Americans. This is even these citizens most needed them. The war on Iraq was always an act of gun control, which was an act to enforce UN resolutions regarding "weapons of mass destruction." It's impossible to be free and safe when the government has the tyrannical policy to deny the human right to keep and bear arms. Without this right, America wouldn't of existed after defeating the British Empire during the Revolutionary War. It's as simple as that. Not to mention that prohibiting firearm ownership among law-abiding citizens will do nothing to reduce violent crime, because criminals by definition will disregard any law.

Ever since I was teenager, I’ve supported the Second Amendment. My support hasn’t waned then and it won’t decrease now.
