It has been a busy busy month. 1st there was the 2nd Quarter workshop…then there was the Launch…then there was the theme classes….and classes….and not forgetting the Dragon Boat competition and the weddings. Congratulations to our Body Combater Combater DeLon and Adrian on their new chapter in life. This month’s write up we talk about the ever rising case of H1N1 Flu. To date there’s approximately 140 cases reported. So guys, take precaution, stay alert and stay healthy.
