Basic Agreement

BASIC AGREEMENT This contract, dated August 1, 2001 is made between the NEW YORK STATE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR, herein referred to as the NYSDOL, and Teamsters Local 294 herein referred to as the Contractor. WHEREAS, the NYSDOL serves as an eligible grant recipient or eligible subgrant recipient under the aSH T&E 305 Fund : and (Funding Source) WHEREAS, the NYSDOL wishes to engage the Contractor to perform a portion of the services required under such grant or subgrant; NOW, THEREFORE, the NYSDOL and the contractor do hereby agree as follows : 1.

The Contractor will perform the services as set forth in the attached Program Narrative (Appendix D).

The NYSDOL will pay the Contractor a sum not to exceed : $100,000 for such services as set forth in the Program Narrative (Appendix D).
