We had the following response from OKC FSDO: One OPS inspector may have had a brief encounter with one of the individual s\n the list.

TfOPSl Inspector: I Duty Station: ASW-FSDO-OKC Location: Airman Flight School, Norman, OK Contact Date: Between (and including) April 18-23, 2001 Contact Person: Zaccarias Moussaoui Inspector's Remark: "I believe I may have passed him in the hall while performing other duties." I also spoke with Stan Cobb (AWS Supervisor). He states that the airworthiness side has had no contact whatsoever with any of the individuals^ named in the memo.
