Ms. Gail Jawahir anHl checking in the terrorist hijackers at the ticket counter. The ACI history report for the flight shows their company file number attached to the check in activity. However, this information alone should not be used to determine who was involved. You may wish to interview those who worked the ticket counter on September 1 1th to validate this information. Please let me know if you wish to make contact with any of these individuals. Our Boston station manager will need to coordinate.
