Studio Recording and Publishing Agreement “No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us.” -Romans 8:37 GUIDELINES All work performed by More Than Conquerors Productions (MTC) must be Christian in nature and sound in doctrine. We believe in Jesus Christ and that He is the resurrected Savior of humankind. We strive to follow God’s principles as outlined in the Holy Bible. Thus, we will only produce work that serves to bring spiritual life, healing, deliverance, and salvation to its listeners, in the name of Jesus. Our expectation is that all clients have sought the Lord through prayer and meditation, and that in knowing God’s purpose, they will strive to fulfill their God-inspired vision in reverence and obedience to the Lord. It is through fulfilling the great commission that the listeners will be edified, exalted, admonished and/or comforted to the glory of God the Father. CONSULTATIONS All Clients are required to have an initial consultation with the producer and/or owner of More Than Conquerors Productions (MTC). This no-obligation meeting provides an opportunity for the Client to communicate their God-inspired vision and for the producer to determine if the Client’s vision is in line with what God has purposed for More Than Conquers Productions to fulfill. Equally, the consultation offers the opportunity for the Client to decide if MTC is a good fit for their work. If MTC accepts the Client’s project, we will respect the vision that God has given to the Client. We are not in the business of telling our customers what God is saying to them. However, we will assist the Client in conveying the message in a manner that is scripturally accurate, and allows for ease of understanding for the listener. Our policy is that all work must line up with the word of God. We expect that our Clients will respect our guidance and counsel. RECORDING TIME OPTIONS & PAYMENT The client agrees to pay the hourly rate of $35.00 an hour or $300.00 for a block time of ten hours. All payments to MTC will be made as follows:

 Hourly Rate : The first hour is to be paid by Client before the session begins and the remainder will be due upon  conclusion of each session.  _______

 Block Time Rate : Half of the payment ($150.00) is to be paid by Client before session time begins. The other half  ($150.00) is due upon completion of the full ten­hour block.  These sessions are not to exceed 5 hours at a time.  The  full ten hours must be completed within thirty (30) days after the agreement is signed.   If  Client  does not fully  complete the ten hour block within the thirty (30) day period, Client will be given a ten (10) day grace period to pay  the remaining balance due to MTC. _______

Client is responsible for all monies due to More Than Conquerors Productions.  If Client does not make payment as outlined,  MTC will be forced to withhold all media and recorded data until full payment is made. Revised January 19, 2008

______ I understand the recording time options & payment process and agree to adhere to the guidelines as stated. SUBMISSION & STORAGE OF MEDIA & PROPERTY MTC can accept media in the following formats: mp3, wav and wma. We shall endeavor to secure all recording media (all master tapes, slaves, final mixes, mini-discs, cassettes, and all other magnetic media storage devices) owned by Client, and left or stored on studio premises. In the event of loss or damage to the  artists/musician’s  recording media due to willful  negligence,   MTC   shall   be   responsible   for   replacement   of   no   more   than   the   value   of   the   total   replacement   cost   of   the  unrecorded tape and studio time to date devoted to said recording media.  MTC shall endeavor to secure all other property left on premises by Client, (other than recording media) but is not responsible for loss due to theft, fire, or other unnamed occurrence. ______ I understand the submission & storage of media & property process and agree to adhere to the guidelines as stated. EDITING AND PRODUCING In the recording process, it is expected that the Client will play an active role in editing and producing their project. While we do provide editing and producing services, we believe that only the Client truly knows what God is telling them. Therefore, your input is necessary. MTC reserves the right to refuse to record any work that does not line up with the word of God. ______ I understand the editing and producing process and agree to adhere to the guidelines as stated. COVER DESIGNS MTC can accept your cover design on electronic file or on film with match print at no additional charge. MTC also has graphic and sketch artists on staff that can assist you in designing your cover if needed. Costs for cover designs are additional and assessed based on the work required. YOUR RIGHTS TO YOUR RECORDED WORK Client obtains all rights to their music. Since your God-inspired work belongs to you…and God, MTC does not require any percentage of your sales. MTC does not charge any additional fees for any music that the Client sells. Once all fees for preparation of the manuscript are paid in full, all rights, proceeds and music sales that the Client earns belong to them 100%. Kingdom Publishing Group does request that all authors submit two copies of their finished work for our kingdom music library, for marketing and promotion purposes. The Kingdom Music library serves as a valuable promotional tool to enhance your music sales and allow MTC to display all the work of which they have been blessed to be a part. ______ I understand my rights to my recorded work and agree to adhere to the guidelines as stated RIGHT TO DISCONTINUE Both MTC and Client have the right to discontinue services at any time during the recording process. Please note that all payments for services rendered are non-refundable. MORE THAN CONQUERORS PRODUCTIONS IS HERE TO ASSIST YOU IN GETTING YOUR GOD-INSPIRED WORK OUT TO THE WORLD.
