The studio is a module, 6m X 4m external dimensions, and is plugged into a double garage door opening. Built to professional recording studio standards, it is totally soundproofed Entry is through internal doors from the garage/performance room or through this door from outside.

The windows are double glazed professional recording studio windows. Roof is zincalume over a steel frame, mounted on rubber. Guttering & flashings are supplied, not fitted. Colour is red.
Professional design and construction • •

Walls are 270mm thick, with 3 levels of soundproofing. Each wall is a double stud wall, insulated, and with insulation between the stud frames. The walls are lined with double thickness “Soundcheck” Gyprock

Windows are professional, double glazed recording studio windows, with 250mm spaces between panes There are two windows, one for external light, one into the performance room. Beside this window is an access door to the performance room.
