At about 8:30 pm in the night X entered the door to Y’s house. Z, Y’s wife was in the bathroom at that time. She heard her husband screaming and somebody murmuring. She quickly tip toed to that part of the house. She identified Mr X as colleague of Mr Y. She witnessed him hit her husband with his belt two times and then he took out his gun and shot him in the head. After that he left. At 9:30 pm in the night she lodged an FIR in Sangapuram Police Station.
