: The larger the exposed surface area of water, the faster it evaporates

Water in important to all living things : for washing, drinking, bathing and more

Water is home to many living things

Water is needed to carry out many life processes.

Water is also used in food industries
WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF WATER IS POLLUTED •
When water get polluted, the quality of drinking water becomes poor

The water contains harmful substances and bacteria that affects our health
•
The oil spills cover the water surface, this prevents oxygen from dissolving in water and soon the water living things will face extinction.
WHAT WE CAN DO TO PROTECT THE WATER RESOURCES? •
Build factories far from rivers

Avoid throwing rubbish into the river
•
