RESEP WAFFLE Untuk 4-6 waffle Bahan Bahan

Tepung terigu

Baking powder

putih telur (suhu ruang)

Gula pasir

55 gr

Susu cair full cream

500 ml

margarin (dicairkan)

2 sdm

Vanilla essence

Secukupnya

Cara membuat Dibagi jadi 3 adonan (kering, basah, meringue) 

Adonan kering -

Campur tepung terigu, baking powder, dan garam

Aduk hingga tercampur rata

-

Sisihkan





Adonan basah -

Campur susu, margarin, vanilla essence

-

Campur hingga rata

-

Sisihkan

Adonan meringue -

Putih telur (jangan sampai ada kuning telur yang tercampur, sedikitpun) di aduk menggunakan mixer kecepatan medium

Jika sudah sedikit mengembang masukan gula pasir sedikit demi sedikit hingga benar benar mengembang (kalo mangkoknya di balik tapi telornya ga jatuh, berarti telur sudah mengembang)

Tahap selanjutnya 1. Campur adonan kering dan basah, aduk hingga rata dan tercampur sempurna 2. Campurkan adonan meringue kedalam adonan utama, aduk lipat hingga rata 3. Panaskan cetakan waffle, beri sedikit margarin 4. Cetak waffle hingga matang dengan api sedang 5. Tunggu hingga adonan matang (coklat keemasan)
