Tuesday Swingers Meeting

March 5, 2019

The meeting was called to order by Lynn Bresnahan at 1:35. We had one guest today Dianne Osterhues. March birthdays were announced and they were Lynne Shaw the 5th, Anne Newman the 6th, Chris Waldeis the 7th, Theta Warrick the 16th and Shelley Mardany the 25th. Happy Birthday! The minutes for February 5, 2019 were sent to all members and also put on the table. Motion to approve was made by Sarah Wolach and seconded by Mary Lecher. Irene Symons stated that last month we had $937.34 in the treasury and we added a few members and treasury now has $1057.34. The report was approved by Leslie Hansen and seconded by Bev Reed. We were reminded that the Club Championship would be March 19th and March 26th and the entry fee is $10. Cathe Brierly will post our scores. March 26th is the last official day of league play. April 2nd will be our End of Season Lunch and meeting. The candidates for office were emailed and will be voted on and announced at luncheon. The Club Championship winners and Ringer Awards will also be announced. April 9, 2019 will be scramble and a fun day. Leslie Hansen announced that Violet Javerina won low gross and Susan LeFevre won low net for the medallion tournament. Leslie announced all other winners and they are posted on the board and web page. The meeting was adjourned at 1:50.
