WARM-UP Our strengths were how we could assign each session to members equally and how we managed the time efficiently. Our voice dynamic and time management were well-done. We always kept timing on and reminded each other such as during the first session to the second. We needed to spare the time wisely to explain the game and run the classmates throughout the class. The chosen activity did not thoroughly give all the classmates exercise. I think we should have chosen another game in which people could really participate in the activity instead of doing rock-paper-scissor and line up. From now on, we need to find other interesting and effective games to initiate our assessment such as the picking cone game that requires speed and enthusiasm. According to the improvement, we need to plan and choose the activities that can really get our friends warmed-up and completely let them participate in. In the coming future, as a goal, we will come up with a more effective warm-up game in order to give a better warm-up exercise in order to lead our friends to a bigger activity such as sports. As we set a goal, we need to find researches about various sport activities in class and apply pieces of them together to create a new game by ourselves. We need to observe how coaches organize and develop games resulting in the most effective warm-up game. We can encourage people to get themselves warmed-up and pay more attention towards the warm-up session.
