Reflection The warm up coaching assessment is a way of teaching a single individual how to coach efficiently, starting from basic instructions and steps. Experience that I got from this assessment is perfectly valuable. Here are the positives that I noticed when the coaching was done, it is the introduction and explanation part that my group and I did well in the group coaching assessment. There were clear demonstrations taught by the group, and this is what I think worked well along with the explanations given back then. Importantly, finding areas of improvement to evaluate the performance of any particular skill is important, here are the gaps that I thought should have been done better. Apparently, there was a small confusion when the rules and punishments were explained; people stated talking to people who were standing beside them. This created a communication problem between the group and others. This problem can be fixed by discussing which parts of information will be presented to the audience. By doing this, the audience will be able to arrange the information they have just been given. I have thoroughly thought about the goal setting, and these are the goals I want to set for my next time when I have a chance to coach again. In my mind, the most important thing to pay attention to is the connection between the speakers and the audiences. My goal is to be able to gain the audience’s attention, and I have to make sure that they are currently listening to what I am saying. Maybe, the way to achieve this goal is to add some punishments into the rule, so people are being controlled.
