Testimonial Write-up about the Nominee Mrs. Teresita O. Cadelina or Mdm. Tessie as called by her students and colleagues is such a nice person inside and out. I as her practicum student consider her a kind-hearted person not only because she is a SPED teacher but because it is now innate to her have that kind of personality. When I was first endorsed to her as her OJT student, she welcomed me will pleasure. I was so glad that I became her OJT student because I learned a lot on how she handles special children. I can see how happy she is with her work, she does not consider her students as if they were others, instead she show her students as if they are like those normal children. Mdm Tessie showed me and let me experience on how to deal and teach children with special cases, and from that I am so grateful that I was given the knowledge on how to deal with those children. She gave me many strategies on how to deal with special children, like on how to talk to them even though they are now having tantrums. I really appreciate a person such as Mdm. Tessie who really understands the situation of the SPED children as well as their families, it is really hard to handle such children but for her it seems that she could handle it not only because it is her job but because of her passion and dedication which is for the SPED children.
