Software and Digital Solutions Sales Manager

DHI Water and Environment is growing its software and digital solutions sales footprint in Indonesia and is looking for a Sales Manager to be based in Indonesia to drive this growth. DHI’s MIKE Powered by DHI is a range of software products which are widely used by consultants, industry and all levels of Governments across Marine, Water Resources, Urban and Ground water sectors and are recognised as the industry benchmark. This role reports directly to the Software Sales Manager based in Singapore and will require you to coordinate with our DHI Indonesia organization and with our Group Sales organization based in Denmark.    The Sales Manager will be responsible for: ●

Country: Indonesia Job type: Sales, Marketing and Customer care Working hours: Full-time

Actively identifying sales opportunities by researching, cold calls, networking, social media, marketing, seminar, events and other such activities in the Indonesia market



Expected start date: asap

Participating in the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies for the Indonesian market.

Undertaking sales activities such as meetings with clients, presentations, organisation of seminars, quotations and other such activities in the Indonesian market.



Managing and nurturing customer relationships, including technical support tasks in the Indonesian market.



Scheduling and coordinating open enrolment and in-house DHI Academy software training courses in the Indonesian market.



Travelling mainly in Indonesia and occasional travel to Singapore will be required.     The successful candidate will ideally meet the following qualifications:



Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Science from an accredited University



Experience with water modelling software



Experience with Software Sales and Marketing in Indonesia



Having good network in water-related sector in Indonesia.



Understanding of the sales process and familiar with Indonesia tax regulation.



Previous experience and knowledge on procurement procedures in Indonesia is an advantage.



Good presentation and communication skills.



Ability to work independently and as part of the team



Self-motivated, hands-on and you operate with a results-driven approach



Fluent in Bahasa and English
