SMART Goals Name: Laurel Corbett Goal 1: — State your intention: Read 3 teacher memoir or classroom management books by the end of the summer — Describe the area of focus: Classroom management, Self-Efficacy — Include the rationale: Gain ideas, stories and understanding of real life classroom from other people in the profession. — Add the activities: Searching for books, buying the books, reading the books. — Target Date completed: August 25th 2019 ------------------------------------------------- ------- ----Rationale: SMART Goal

I will read three books, written by classroom teachers on classroom life, by the end of summer 2019.
