MID CLOSE-UP of the two runners’ feet. Camera is floor level. The two people run past. CUT FADE IN (quick) 4

MID SHOT of police woman chasing other person. Camera quickly PANS to the right in time with the two runners. Camera STOPS – police woman stops running (out of breath) CUT 6

WHITE ROOM – MENTAL HOSPITAL – DAY

CLOSE UP of Cassie Wilson’s face once again.  (voice from behind the camera – psychologist not seen) What do you remember about it? Camera stays on Cassie. Cassie: [Pause] I remember… the blood… (As she says this she stares straight into the camera) FADE IN (quick) 7

CASSIE’S HOUSE – OUTSIDE – DUSK

LONG SHOT (canted angle) of Cassie walking up to her house. From the distance she is blurred; as she walks closer (towards and past the camera) she becomes focused. CUT 9

CASSIE’S HOUSE – INSIDE

CLOSE UP of Cassie closing the front door – only her hand on the lock is shown. CUT 10 CASSIE’S BATHROOM CLOSE UP of the tap running – just been turned on by Cassie – her reflection is in the metal of the tap. CUT 11

LONG SHOT of side-view of Cassie tying up her hair in front of the sink. CUT

OVER THE SHOULDER SHOT of Cassie looking in the mirror whilst tying up her hair. Also in the frame, the bathroom door with a shadow under it. Camera moves closer towards Cassie’s mirrored reflection and the reflection of the door with shadow. CUT 13

EXTREME CLOSE UP of Cassie rubbing her eyes. CUT 14 CASSIE’S BATHROOM MID-CLOSE UP of Cassie’s face turning around (toward the right) to look behind her (at the door). Camera PANS with Cassie’s turning. Camera pans along bathroom until it gets to a CLOSE UP of the underneath of the bathroom door. There is a shadow but quickly disappears. CUT 15 CASSIE’S BATHROOM MID CLOSE-UP of Cassie’s face again – she dismisses the shadow under the door – thinks she’s seeing things. CUT 16 CASSIE’S BATHROOM MID SHOT directly of Cassie splashing her face with water. A dark figure stands behind her. Shot seen from mirror’s view. CUT 17 CASSIE’S BATHROOM OVER THE SHOULDER SHOT of Cassie drying her face with a towel. The dark figure is gone. Camera pans slightly to directly behind Cassie, revealing the dark figure which Cassie sees. CUT (quick)

18 CASSIE’S BATHROOM MID CLOSE-UP of Cassie being grabbed by the dark figure (who is holding a knife). CUT 19 CASSIE’S BATHROOM CLOSE UP of Cassie elbowing the dark figure in the stomach. CUT 20 CASSIE’S BATHROOM MID CLOSE-UP (high angle) of Cassie running towards the door to escape. Dark figure in background – trying to recover from being elbowed.
