SERUNDING DAGING Bahan-Bahan: 1 kg daging 1 1/2 biji kelapa 15 tangkai cili kering 1 s/b ketumbar [ goreng tanpa minyak dan tumbuk pecah sikit] Bahan yang dikisar: 500 gm bawang merah 10 ulas bawang putih 1 inci lengkuas 5 batang serai 2 inci halia Garam dan gula (secukup rasa) Cara: 1. Rebus daging hingga empuk, kemudian siat sehingga halus. 2. Air rebusan daging jangan dibuang, gunakan untuk memerah santan. Perah santan lebih kurang tiga cawan. 3. Masukkan pati santan bersama bahan kisar & daging dan jerang di atas api sederhana. 4. Bila hampir kering, masukkan ketumbar yg ditumbuk kasar. Kacau sehingga ia kering. 5. Sejukkan dan simpan.
