Garam, gula dan serbuk perasa secukupnya Sedikit minyak Bahan-bahan kisar: 8 tangkai cili merah 6 biji bawang merah 4 ulas bawang putih 2 sm halia

Cara: Panaskan minyak. Tumis bahan kisar hingga kuning. Masukkan daging. Apabila daging masak masukkan kacang pis, sos tiram, sos tomato, kicap, tepung jagung, garam, gula serbuk perasa dan air. Kacau hingga sebati. Apabila kuah pekat baru diangkat. Sejukkan. Pukul telur hingga kembang dadarkan. Setelah siap bentang telur dadar dan bubuh daging di dalamnya. Bungkus rapat supaya inti tidak terkeluar.
