Safety Mass Meeting I.

Date and Time Safety Mass Meeting was held on 5 May 2009 at 07.30 am to 08.15 am.

II.

Location Safety Mass Meeting was held at PLN Area150 KV Yard.

III.

Attendance Safety Mass Meeting was attended by MES-TSW JO, SCJO, SSP, ACSET, SWI Jetty, KYUEI-SWI JO, GEOTEC, SKS, CEM, INDOMIX, and MURINDA.

IV.

Event Organizer Event Organizer of Safety Mass Meeting was Safety Manager of PT. Satyamitra Surya Perkasa, Mr. Dody Achmad.

V.

Agenda Agenda of Safety Mass Meeting as follows: a. Opening by Mr. Dody Achmad (SSP Safety Manager) b. Safety Talk by Mr. Sulaiman (PM of SSP), Topic: Work Coordination between Personnel on Site. c. Safety Contest (Safety Yell), followed by all subcontractors. The winner of the contest was PT. SWI Jetty Nusantara. The winner received incentive Rp. 1000.000,- (one million rupiah) from Safety Committee. d. The Best Housekeeping Team Period of April 2009 was PT. Satyamitra Surya Perkasa. The certificate was handed over by Mr. Tanimoto (SCJO) to Mr. Sulaiman (PT. SSP). Safety Committee handed over 10 pieces of T shirt to PT SSP. e. The Best Safety Performance – Subcontractor Period of April 2009 was handed over by Mr. Takahasi (MES Construction Manager) to Mr. Darmanto (PT. SWI Jetty Nusantara).

Closing Mr. Dody Achmad closed Safety Mass Meeting with safety yell-yell and praying.
