Points to remember: 1. N/G tube feeding = Nasogastric tube feeding 2. Different formular e.g. Isocal, Ensure, Enercal etc. (different name) 3. Strength: FS  FS= Full strength (Do not need to dilute)  1/2S= Half strength (Dilute half with water, 100ml milk+100ml water)  1/4S= one fourth strength (Dilute 50mL milk with 150mL water) 4. Duration  Q4H= every 4 hours  Clinically, will set as 0A, 4A, 8A, 12N, 4p, 8p (6 times)  If for 5 times, will omit feeding at 4A  If for 4 times, will omit feeding at 0A and 4A
