To, The General Manager [Quality Assurance], SEPCOIII, C/o APL, Mundra Sub: Revised Design Mixes In continuation to MoM dated 17.12.2008 the mixes have been re-designed to take care for fines as to obtain larger workability in terms of slump suitable for pouring of concrete by Pumps. CCS at the age of 7 days and 28 days is compatible with the requirements hence these mixes can be adopted: Moreover liquid admixtures, enlisted below, are approved for the ongoing civil works of Power Plant at Mundra and therefore same can be used as per the proportions indicated in the mix designs , attached separately 1.
