To, The General Manager [Quality Assurance], SEPCOIII, C/o APL, Mundra Sub: Liquid Admixture FairfloRM [Fairmate Chemicals Private Limited make] Vide your letter Reference No. MDR / APL– STEPC–L / LT -E 0104 dated 11.02.2009 the test certificate indicates the test results of chemical parameters of Liquid Admixture FairfloRM. There is no mention of results of physical parameters viz. IST, FST, Workability in terms of Slump and CCS of concrete [at age of 3,7,14 and 28 days] with various dosages of the Liquid admixture which shall satisfy the requirements of relevant IS Codes. Further as experienced at site, there seems to be no consistency of quality of the said product Moreover please note that liquid admixtures, enlisted below, are approved for the ongoing civil works of Power Plant at Mundra. 1. Sikament 600 HP / 2 [A] being manufactured by M/s Sika India Pvt .Ltd. 2. Rheobuild 821 EJ being manufactured by M/s BASF Construction Chemicals [India] Pvt. Ltd. 3.
