Login to Fusion Order Management
Search the desired Order (having SO Status as 'Closed')
Click on 'Return'
Search with the new SO number
Follow Up on the SO
Receive the shipment SO Status is updated to 'Delivered'
Give information like Return Type, Quantity, Reason
Create Receipt & Submit
Click on 'Create Order', and then Submit
Perform 'Put Away' Receipt
New SO created with status as 'Awaiting Receiving'
Select the Subinventory, Locator, Lot Number
End Navigate to Receive Expected Shipments
Submit
Search the desired Order (having SO Status as 'Closed')
Click on 'Return'
Search with the new SO number
Follow Up on the SO
Receive the shipment SO Status is updated to 'Delivered'
Give information like Return Type, Quantity, Reason
Create Receipt & Submit
Click on 'Create Order', and then Submit
Perform 'Put Away' Receipt
New SO created with status as 'Awaiting Receiving'
Select the Subinventory, Locator, Lot Number
End Navigate to Receive Expected Shipments
Submit
