Oversees interlibrary loan workflows, manages and trains student  workers that handle physical processing and internal processing  with borrowing requests and loan requests. Participates in the  hiring, training, and supervision of student workers.    Provides customer service to many academic libraries, public  libraries, and various other institutions. Supports day-to-day  oversight of Library service provision: troubleshooting  equipment,resources, policy, scheduling of students and library  staff, communication, and procedural questions and issues. Assists  with cataloging of library materials and resources, including books,  e-books, and physical and streaming media.
