This position is changing slightly because I don't want our ladies to have to be outside if we're having inclement weather, but the goal will be to watch from the pavilion for handicapped persons in wheelchairs or scooters to assist them through the gate vs coming through the pavilion if the traffic in the sales pavilion isn't conducive to a wheelchair moving around. Also, keep an eye on the sales pavilion parking lot as best as possible. I am slightly worried that some people who are in a big hurry that pull into the sales paviion parking lot only to find that it is full MAY have the urge to back up too quickly and we want all pedestrians SAFE!!! We are playing this position by ear on Saturday!

The host(s) will be responsible for keeping traffic going and not bottlenecking. Bottlenecking can be a fire hazard. Please direct people to the exhibits or just answer general questions, but the most important thing is to try to keep as many people moving along as possible in the sales center out to the artist exhibits. Again, please arrive at 9:30 as we expect some folks to arrive early.

Back up our tour guides if they get busy. Just be available to answer general questions, direct individuals wanting to purchase food to the ballroom and keep an eye on the toys under the tree... We are going to do our best to escort folks vs. allowing them to just 'walk around' that day. Our tour guides will be in force that day at the Club. Thanks for offering to back them up! If it is slow, we will reposition you to a more critical position. Thanks!
