RESOLUTIONNO. 9I WHEREAS, theCityof PelicanBay("City'')desires to enterintothatcertainLease-Purchase Agreement,by and betweenthe City of PelicanBay and First Bank, for the purposeof financinga Police Car. The City desiresto designateRon Nightingale,Mayor Pro-Tem,andNancyNold, City Secretary,as authorized signersof the Agreement. NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVEDBY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PELICAN BAY, TEXAS: Section1:

THAT theCity will enterintoa Lease-Purchase Agreement with FirstBank,for the purposeof financinga Police Car.

Section2:

THAT the City will designate Ron Nightingale, Mayor Pro-Tem, and Nancy Nold, City Secretary,asauthorizedsignersofthe Lease-Purchase Agreementby and betweenthe City of PelicanBay and First Bank.

Section3:

THAT a copy of the Lease-Purchase Agreementis on filJ with the Office of the City Secretary.
