The above quotation is without GST. Wages as per current applicable rate. Wages changes every year. Revision will be affective accordingly . Staff is entitled to get a half day Leave on Public Holidays. Staff is replaceble if required with the same.

Terms and Conditions •
Payment terms: we shall submit a monthly bill to you on 1st Day of every month, we expect you to pay us within 7 days of submission of bill. Which allow us to make payment of man force on time.
•
Water and electricity: required to render the agreed services in your premises shall be provided by you without any charges. Your co-operation is essential in setting up of any such Activities/Services within your premises.
•
Bins: Internal/External bins and sacks if any shall be provided by society.
•
Store room: we shall need a small cover space, which will be able to store our material and equipment’s under lock & key.
•
Timings: it will be our endeavour to carry out most of our duties during the day time i.e. 9 AM to 5 PM. However we bound to against the output agreed with you and this may need working outside normal hours on some days.
•
Force majeure: Any loss/damages or nonattendance of duties due to extraordinary circumstances beyond 7our control shall not be considered as non-performance by us or to our account. We shall do our best to minimise the impact there from to protect your interest.
•
Feedbacks: we intend to address any feedbacks/complaints with minimum possible time to your satisfaction. As our manpower works as per the schedule provided to them.

Disputes: We are confident that no dispute would ever take a place.
• Procedure of service termination : services can be quite by giving Termination letter in written with 30 days of Notice Period.
