CITY OF HARRISBURG 2010-2015 CONSOLIDATED PLAN PUBLIC MEETING A public meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. in the YWCA Chapel, 1101 Market Street, Harrisburg. Citizens’ will have the opportunity to provide comments and suggestions on the Consolidated Plan at this meeting before representatives of the Department of Building and Housing Development and Mullin & Lonergan Associates, Inc. The Consolidated Plan is a planning document that outlines Harrisburg’s housing and community development actions and neighborhood revitalization strategies for the five-year period from October 1, 2010 to September 30, 2015. It also includes the City’s annual application for funding under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, the HOME Investment Partnerships Program, and the Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) Program.
