HISTORY OF COMPANY • Duke is promoted and managed by Shri Prabhubhai Patel, Shri S.N.Patel, Shri D.K.Patel, and Shri R.P.Patel. All the founders of Duke are quality conscious. Technology serving the nation since 1989 by providing quality pumping solution to pump industry. • It start up for catering in form of small submersible pumps repairing workshop. Today’s company has sound financial position powerful management skill and motivated staff. • Duke Plasto Technique Pvt. Ltd. synonymous for manufacturing quality consistent and reliable products and as its name Duke itself speaks king in pumping solution industries and winners of national quality award in 2007 from government of India.

OBJECTIVE OF STUDY The main objective of this project is: • To know business research methodology is helpful in finding the reasons for employees job satisfaction of Duke Plasto Technique Pvt. Ltd. • It shows the factors affecting employees behaviour when they are stay in the company for longer period of time. • Research also shows that what are expectations of employees from their company. • This Research also shows impact of good facility on company’s turn over of employees. • With the help of finding the reasons we can take corrective steps for improving the facility more and more and those facility are not likable by employees can remove and implement a new one for their job satisfaction.

• Research Design: A research design is a framework or blueprint for conducting the marketing research project. • Exploratory Research Design: One type of research design, which has as its primary objective the provision of insights into and comprehension of the problem situation confronting the researcher.

HYPOTHESIS OF THE STUDY χ2-Test: Test of Goodness of Fit Suppose we have obtain an observation frequency distribution and we are interested in knowing whether the observed frequency distribution support a particular hypothesis for these a very powerful test for testing the significance of discrepancy between observed and expected frequency distribution way given by Karl Pearson in 1900. The test is known as χ2-test at the goodness of fit. Under the Null hypothesis that there is no significant difference between Observed and Expected frequency. The formula of χ2 is as follow, χ2=∑ (Fo-Fe) 2/Fe Note: When some frequencies are less than 5, to use χ2-Test the pooling technique method is to be use. So where there is the frequency which are less than 5 we add it with preceding or succeeding one to make it equals to or greater than 5.

And 2% Company’s Employees are Disagree and 1% are Strongly Disagree with it. So we can say that total 94% employees have a job satisfaction with this reason.
