Innovation had brought the world to a lot of changes. It seems that people's creative minds had ruled as different discoveries and creations had been made. Due to these, people were now experiencing the alteration in every aspect of their lifestyle. One of these is their preferences when it comes to the food that they eat. People are certainly more health conscious as they age or they want to avoid health issues. These are the reasons why they put a lot of care in choosing the food that they eat. Potato Eve Burger took the opportunity to come up with an idea of creating a new sustainable food. It was established last November 22, 2018 and is located in Alangilan, Batangas City. It was under partnership which was being managed by the young entrepreneurs of G-12 Proprietorship. The company serves healthy burgers with homemade burger patties which were mainly made of potato and

gabi that they eventually named as "Potato Eve Burger". It is a cart business which is suited for market areas such as malls, schools or even parks. Potato Eve Burger is a product wherein students, teachers, and other utility persons will benefit when it comes to a healthy food. It has different varieties which they can choose in accordance to their taste. These are the regular burger, cheese burger and special (burger with vegetable and cheese). Customers can also partner it by a healthy and refreshing beverage by availing their "Mango Gulaman Juice". Clearly the competitive edge of Potato Eve Burger is its reputation for quality food and affordability. Their homemade recipes are fresh and delicious. In addition, their products are taken straight out of the ground and used in a way that is sustainable for the earth, and healthful for everyone. The business is seeking grant funding in the amount of P500, 000.00. The funding will be used to cover its expansions, new equipment, and to hire additional staffs.
