STUDENTS ARE INVITED TO ENTER 15TH ANNUAL “GOAL ONE: GRADUATE!" POSTER CONTEST Students from elementary, middle, and high schools in Pima County can exhibit their creative skills for a chance at $100 and special recognition in the “GOAL ONE: GRADUATE!” Poster Contest. The annual contest, now in its 15th year, is sponsored by the Metropolitan Education Commission (MEC) and the Youth Advisory Council / Tucson Teen Congress. The theme title “GOAL ONE: GRADUATE!” or “META NUMERO UNO: ¡GRADUAR!” must be included in the poster. Its size must be 11” by 17” minimum, 14” by 18” maximum. Any type of art medium may be used. One winner at each level – elementary, middle, and high school – will be selected to receive $100 and special recognition at the 20th Annual Crystal Apple Awards Luncheon on Friday, April 30, 2010, at the Desert Diamond Casino and Hotel, 7350 S.
