CSAT/Project Specific tasks: • Work allotted to be completed as per the defined standards/documentation meeting product quality • Work has to be completed with in schedules and as per project norms. • Participate in peer reviews if any and report errors. • Ensure that the work delivered to client will require no rework. • Identify defect preventive actions to keep phase containment errors minimum. • Security and IP protection aspects to be adhered as per customer guidelines

Generic : • 100% adherence to define standards/guidelines • Effort overrun of <= 3 % • Schedule Overrun : <= 5% • 100% quality process compliance • Participate in peer reviews and report X number of errors/UOM (X is as per project norms) 10% • In Process Documentation Error Rate : 1 error/page • ZERO Customer Complaints • No rework on any delivered work items to customer • Visible contribution in analysis of project errors found and implementation of preventive actions Testing : • < 5 % Defects observed in reviews from the test reports generated by the person and observations by the Supervisor for testing projects • 100% bug reproduction at customer’s place in testing projects • 100% test cases coverage[(No of test cases executed/ No. of test cases Planned) X 100] • Automation of test cases ( As per project requirements) Development/Conversion/Maintenance projects (if any) • Field Error Rate : < 0.15 errors/kloc or < 0.2 errors/fp for Development Project • < 0.3 errors/kloc for Conversion Project • [For Development projects] Phase Containment Index : > 90% • [For Maintenance / Service Model Projects] Not-On-Time Index : = 2%
