Descripción de la edificación: Sistema estructural porticado con vigas y columnas dispuestas en ambas direcciones; asumiendo funciones de carga (sentido X), y rigidez (sentido Y) según plano estructural, para así aportar resistencia sísmica, cubriendo los requerimientos de carga y los originales en el evento sísmico. El sistema porticado tendrá una cimentación conformada por zapatas y vigas de cimentación que se amarran en anillos con el fin de darle estabilidad a la edificación. .

Materiales:

Concreto f´c = 210 kg/cm2 = 21 MPa Refuerzo fy = 4200 kg/cm2 = 420 MPa Mampostería f´m = 70 kg/cm2 = 7 MPa Mortero tipo M – f´cp = 175 kg/cm2 = 17.5 MPa

Características de los materiales empleados. Las siguientes son las especificaciones mínimas establecidas para los materiales utilizables en la construcción: (a) Concreto - El concreto debe tener una resistencia a la compresión a los 28 días, f´c, igual o superior a 21 Mpa, el cual será utilizado en placas de contrapiso, columnas, zapatas, vigas y placas de entrepiso. Para los muros Pantallas y el tanque subterráneo la resistencia a la compresión a los 28 días el f’c será igual o superior a 28 Mpa. Los solados de limpieza deben tener una resistencia a la compresión de 14 MPa. (b) Acero de refuerzo - El acero de refuerzo longitudinal debe ser corrugado. En ningún caso, el acero de refuerzo puede tener un límite de fluencia, fy, inferior a 420 MPa. CONSIDERACIONES GENERALES DE DISEÑO

Zona de riesgo sísmico Intermedio.

-

Análisis Dinámico: Fuerza horizontal equivalente

-

Coeficiente de aceleración Aa = 0.20, Av=0.25

-

Perfil de suelo = (Tipo D).

-

Coeficiente de importancia II = 1.1 (Grupo de uso II).

-

Capacidad disipación de energía moderado (DMO).

-

Coeficiente de disipación de energía básico Ro =5.0

-

Coeficiente de reducción de capacidad de disipación de energía por irregularidades en altura Φa=0.9, en planta Φp=0.9 y por redundante Φp=1.0

-

Coeficiente de disipación de energía R = Φa x Φp x Φr x Ro = 4.050

-

Torsión – se toma el 5% de la dimensión de la edificación en cada piso, en el sentido perpendicular al análisis.

-

Derivas para estructuras porticadas se tiene 1.0% de la altura de la edificación. (Dilatación de edificación vecinas = 10 cms. )

-

Los elementos no estructurales ( escaleras, viguetas, parapetos, culatas, etc.) tienen un grado de desempeño bajo.

-

Se consideran cargas verticales (carga viva y carga muerta).

-

Para el cálculo de la cimentación requerida, se asume una capacidad portante del suelo de 2.00 kg/cm2.

Modelación Estructural Se procede a calcular La fuerza sísmica por FHE para introducir este valor al modelo estructural. Para determinar la fuerza sísmica se calculó inicialmente la Fuerza Horizontal Equivalente de acuerdo a los requisitos del Capitulo A.4 de la norma sismo resistente, se consideró una torsión accidental del 5%.

COMBINACIONES DE CARGA SEGÚN NSR 10. Las estructuras de concreto, sus componentes y su cimentación deben diseñarse de tal manera que sus resistencias de diseño excedan los efectos de las cargas mayoradas de acuerdo con las siguientes combinaciones: -1.4D -1.2D+1.6L -1.2D+1.6L+O.8W -1.2D+1.6W+1.0L -1.2D+1.0L+1.0E -0.9D+1.0E PARAMETROS PARA EL DISEÑO DE LA CIMENTACION ESFUERZO ADMISIBLE DEL SUELO =20 T/m2 FACTOR DE SEGURIDAD PARA EL DISEÑO DE LA CIMENTACION =1.5 PROFUNDIDAD DE DESPLANTE PARA VIGAS DE CIMENTACIÓN =0.60m PROFUNDIDAD DE DESPLANTE PARA ZAPATAS =1.50m
