GLOBAL SCREENING PARENT LETTER Dear Parent, In compliance with THE ANNOTATED CODE OF THE PUBLIC GENERAL LAWS OF MARYLAND, Education: Title 8. Special Programs for Exceptional Children, Subtitle 2.
