GLOBAL SCREENING PARENT LETTER Dear Parent, In compliance with THE ANNOTATED CODE OF THE PUBLIC GENERAL LAWS OF MARYLAND, Education: Title 8. Special Programs for Exceptional Children, Subtitle 2. Gifted and Talented Students; MCPS policy IOA and MCPS regulation IOA-RA, the tests stated below were administered to your child on the dates given. These are simply examples. The formal letter must specify the tests administered, and the date they were administered.
