Owerflow Problem

Overflow in minds & brainstorm: I know, its late; all of us are nervous, but I want everybody leave what they doing now and go to meeting room. -Ln you are tre writer; your mision is put in paper all the ideas, dont thing its are good or bad. - we are here, I know we are in owerflow; have more problems than we can resolve. probably after half an hour, we have the same problems than the beguining of the meeting. - Put in the paper all you thing, �what are in your minds in these moment?. All, no question, all. - Anybody wants beguin. - First, we are lost a big contract, our position needs garanties in only ten days; Boss want doit, the bank puts credit for this project very expensive but posible. What hapens then...I speak with production and they say thats imposible to manipulate delay time in actual contracts. The time in request is to much short to put the new contract betwen the others and the times of production go out times of delay. - Maintenance says we ha have a constriction flow in "tr" proces; they says , or stopo now, one or two days or sure we dont continue this line. We are out of time of delay. - We ofert to "dr" client, a god ofert, we work hard to do this document; The answard of "dr" is "none", I m very hungry for thes. - ..... There are a moment....nobody whant to rise more the hand. Dont speak more, ist not the moment; the storm is end. Ten min breack, une cofe, one walk individually and everybody go to its work o to house. ..... The second part of the method, consist in made copys of these document. Fresh people in the next mornig go again to meetinf room. No new ideas are allawed in these moment, only the ideas than are in the paper of last meeting. The people then are calm, have time to thing about avery problen. ....

resume sesion: what is important and what not: ( not , what makes you happy or hungry ). two question. first in importance is: (maintenance says need stop produccion two days, for solve the constriction in "dr" proces. las importance is: "dr" makes no answerd for our ofert request; "no answord after time, is an answert" not the answart we want.....but...and answar to our question. No spent more time in this. The "prioriti of dr request are below than yesterday for us. This is only and example. How to localice what is importan in the midle of a mountain of problems. And concentrate were your work ist more efective. "imposibles we are made in the moment....for miracles...there are time of delay".
