Subj: Folow-Up - Commission inroduction Date: 5/23/2003 3:21:13 PM Eastern Daylight Time From: To: Sent from the Internet 9/n Personal Privacy

CORRECTED EMAIL ADDRESS) j 911 Commission into the Events OT septemoer 11 ,Ij001 Ms. Emily Walker, JoAnn and I wanted to again thank you for the opportunity to speak you at the commission's hearings in Washington, yesterday. We wish you success in your position with the commission, and if we can be of any assistance, please let us know. Many of the famiSes have established informal communication via the internet, and it is a means to communicate issues and information, in addition to the established web sites by the major family groups. Some of these groups/individuals are in fact located outside of the NY/NJ/CT area, but their voices should be heard as well. Mary Fletchet in Mass, who lost her son at the WTC. Jeanine Hart Seaman who heads a support group for families in CA. Sincock, Craig W CW5 CIO/G6 lost his wife at the Pentagon, and is the founder of the group Pentagon Angels Since you mentioned that one of your primary missions deals with the corporate issues, another contact you might seek out is Ms. Louise LoPresti, she is a founder of the ARTAID foundation, and has been dedicated to supporting the families of 9.11.01. Her experience, wisdom, and knowledge of the city has been invaluable in networking people together, and in problem solving. Her knowledge of the corporate world, and "how things work" and personal experiences in dealing with both families and the city political structure can offer an invaluable perspective to the type of information you are seeking. She can be contacted here :

Ms. Edie Brrower, is responsible for publication of the NJ family Support Newsletter published by the Governor's office. She may be able to offer a way to communicate to the 691 families in New Jersey. The assistance letters can be viewed here:

My wife, JoAnn and I have become advocates for a number of issues related to September 1 1,2001. The issue which I wanted to convey to you, is that of the ashen remains of those who perished on 9.1 1.01, which are now at the Fresh Kills Land Fill, in Staten Island. A city dump is not a proper burial place for those whom we honored with the title "hero's" . I hope that you will find the compassion to learn more of this subject, and perhaps deem it worthy of your support.. There is a web site which you can view and learn about our mission, and our goal. An online petition can be reached from this web page in support of the mission to return the remains from Fresh Kills to the WTC site. If you could possible share this with the Governor and commission members it would be most appreciated.

Thank you for reading this note, please let me know that you have received it. Saturday, May 24, 2003 America Online:!
