MTHS KEY CLUB ACTIVITY SHEET Monday, November 02, 2009 Club Website: www.montville.net/highschool/keyclub General E-Mail: [email protected] When signing up for events e-mail the appropriate chairperson with your FULL NAME, GRADE, PHONE NUMBER AND TIME SHIFT, if applicable. TODAY, November 2 – Friday, November 20: Annual Thanksgiving Food Drive Bring in nonperishable canned/boxed goods for our Thanksgiving Food Drive! All donations go to needy families in town. Drop off donations in the bin in front of the main office. All donations must be labeled with your name and number of items given. 4 ITEMS = 1 HOUR; 1 HOUR LIMIT! Have a question? Contact President Kristine Naputo at [email protected] Vice President Mary May Kozlik at [email protected] Treasurer Brian Furao at [email protected] TODAY, November 2 - Thursday, November 19: Operation Christmas Child Help supply children around the world with basic necessities for the holiday season through the Samaritan’s Purse organization To participate: 1. Pack a shoebox with items such as toys, school supplies, hygiene products, & gum. NO chocolate, breakables, vitamins, liquids! 2. Put the Donation Form with the Key Club Information inside the box. (Donation forms are on the bulletin board and on the website). 3. Tape your gender/age label outside the box. (Age labels are on the same page as the donation form). 4. Attach a post-it to the outside of the box with your name & grade. 5. Drop off in room 411 by November 13. 1 box = 5 hours ~ 10 HOUR LIMIT Have a question? Contact President Kristine Naputo at [email protected] THIS Wednesday, November 4: Bake Sale Bring in baked goods and you will earn hours accordingly. Drop off items in room 411 LABELED with your name. If you do not put your name on it, we will not be able to credit you for this event! Have a question? Contact Membership Director Gina Visconti at [email protected]. THIS Saturday, November 7: Canshake at the Foodtown of Lake Hiawatha Help collect money for Children’s Specialized Hospital! There is a five-person limit to all canshakes; First come, first serve, so e-mail the chairpersons of this event ASAP. TWO Time shifts: 11:00 AM- 1:00 PM, Chairperson: Treasurer Brian Furao, [email protected] 1:00 PM- 3:00 PM, Chairperson: Gina Visconti, [email protected] Thursday, November 12: UNICEF Boxes Money Count Volunteers needed to help count all the money raised from the Trick-or-Treat with UNICEF event.
