Holy Trinity Catholic School Newsletter Principal: Dr. Charles Terry —Assistant Principal: Nicole Noverini

Principal’s News Report Cards will go home next Wednesday, November 18th. Hopefully, you will be pleased with your child’s progress. There should be no surprises if you have been monitoring the Teacher Ease site throughout the first trimester. If you haven’t set up your Parent Teacher Conference yet, Tuesday (Nov 17th) is the deadline to call Ms. Netzel to arrange it. After that, you will need to contact the teacher directly. Pre-School only will be in session on Wednesday, November 25th in the morning since there are no conferences for them at this time. The school will close down at noon that day for the Thanksgiving Break. When we return it will be three weeks until Christmas Vacation. Since this is our last newsletter before Thanksgiving, I’d like to say a special thank you to all the parents who give of their time to make this a great school: the Fun Lunch moms; the Market Day volunteers; our Manna mom; the classroom volunteers; the PSO Executive Board; the School Board; our official school photographer; the fluoride moms; the Booster Club; the volleyball and basketball coaches and assistant; the Wrapping paper volunteers; those working on the Advent Tea; the Box Tops/Campbell Soup team; Teacher Appreciation moms; and finally all those wonderful Bakers. As you can see, it really does take a village. By my count, this group numbers over 95 parents and we need every one of them to contribute their time to this school. Thank you for all that you do!

Extended Care News

Parents, for the well-being of all the children and faculty of Holy Trinity School, we would ask that you not send your child to school giving them Tylenol or Motrin. If your child needs one of these medicines it is clear that they should not be attending school that day. We are trying our best to take every precaution to prevent the spread of illness. Thank you for your cooperation.

On Wednesday, November 25th there will be No School due to conferences. Extended care will be offered for the day. A non-refundable fee of $45.00 will be due by November 13, 2009 to reserve a spot. Please contact Sally Knapp at (630)971-0184 with any questions or to register.
