Co-ordination with Manpower Consultant/ Employment Exchange. Arrangement for Interview Offer letter, Joining formalities, Induction,

Time office      

Attendance of Employees Physical verification Punching of Gate Passes Attendance of Contractor Employees, To count Overtime and to make salaries on the basis of attendance and leave records. Data to be sent to Finance Deptt.

Canteen & Pantry   

Day to day Admn. Cleanliness Medical check-up of Canteen staff Preparation of Tea Bill on the basis of attendance.

Registration of Establishment Registration of Contractor Renewal of license. Manpower deployment of contract workers Ensure completion of legal documents/Register

Maintenance of General Files   

Record of files Office Administration Repair and maintenance of Telephone & Fax Repair and Maintenance of other office infrastructure

Safety  

Arrangement of Plant Safety audit Compliance of Safety requirement as per Factories Act.

Training & Development.   

To organise Training programme. Coordinate with specific Deptt for training. To complete all documentation regarding training records.

Get requisition from concerned with details of journey. Contact with the agent and get the ticket booked, Ensure timely delivery of tickets To keep record of booking and cancellation of ticket. Payments for ticket
