Jan 05- Sept 06 Supply work, Flintshire county council This was a temporary job and I would work in different child care settings when needed last minute. I carried this out mainly in special needs schools and Nurseries. I worked alongside the class teachers to help meet the standards in each settings. The children were aged between 3 years and 18 years. April 05-Sept 05 Mark Warner Nanny Greece Summer Resort work Here I worked as a Nanny working in a crèche caring for all ages, 3 months to 13 years. I would provide many activities from arts and craft to sailing and kayaking. The position was for 6 months and during that time I cared for different children on a weekly basis. Dec 06- April 07 Ski Beat Nanny France Winter Resort work During this Winter season I worked as a Nanny working both in a crèche and as a private nanny, depending on the age of the children. I would escort children to ski school, prepare lunches and again provide exciting activities for these young children. I worked alongside two class teachers caring for children aged 8/ 9 years old. I would listen to the children read, take groups of children away for Design and Technology and help with displays and marking class work. July 07- Aug 07 Senior Play worker NCH Play scheme Summer Work This was a summer play scheme caring for children with disabilities aged 3 years to 18 years. I worked alongside another senior play worker and voluntary staff. My role was to provide a safe fun environment for the children in my care. I would help and guide the voluntary staff along the way. We would arrange day trips out and many stimulating activities. Some children needed more care than others, for example- help with toileting, feeding, medication, walking and awareness of the days plan. This was a very rewarding job and very hard work. I started this play scheme when I was 16 and worked for 3 summers as voluntary staff and 2 employed. Winter 07/08 Snowline VIP France Nanny This was a seasonal position where I worked as a private Nanny caring for children aged between 3 months and 12 years. I cared for different children each week and provided a wide range of

activities for these children, such as picnics, bubble rides, sledging, arts and crafts and trips to the cafe for a hot chocolate. Summer 2008 Simpson Travel Greece Play worker This again was a seasonal position. I worked within a small team helping to run a crèche. There we looked after children aged 6 months to 8 years. We worked in a small crèche providing a safe fun environment for the children that cam away on holiday. Winter 08/09 Snowline VIP France Head Nanny This was my second season with this company and this year a worked as a Head Nanny. My job was private Nanny within the chalets again caring for children aged 3 months to 12 years. I would also responsible for the other 2 nannies in our team.
