Manage the customer area of the branch during peak service periods. Minimize branch’s exposure to operational and regulatory risk. Attend to all correspondence pertaining to operations. Preparation and submission of MIS reports to Head Office on due dates. Performing on-site due diligence of the borrower and working with the relevant teams involved in the lending area in order to prepare credit proposals addressed to various committees. Keeping abreast of the market evolution as well as developments of the individual accounts. Assist Senior RMs in providing clients with comprehensive advisory services. Check documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop comprehensive customized financial plans based on client risk profiles. Continuous monitoring of client portfolios (quarterly reviews and annual rebalancing). In agreement with the Senior RM Research competitive offering and solicit client feedback for new product ideas. Escalate customer suggestions/concerns to the Senior RM. Undertake all, non-routine client contacts with the prior agreement of the Senior RM. A clear understanding of complex transaction structural issues as well accounting, funding, and legal regulatory (compliance).
